It is a new historical orientation for China’s development that Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.China’s education has been elevated to an unprecedented historical height.As a basic work of education,the construction of the teaching staff refers to a more prominent and important position.How to better realize the professional development of young teachers in primary schools,ffectively promote the construction of young teachers in primary schools,and promote the high-quality and high-level balanced development of compulsory education in primary schools is a problem that every educator must face.The party organization of the grassroots school is the basis for the combat effectiveness of the party’s entire management and normal operation guarantee.From the perspective of organizational function,against the background of the historical orientation of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,how to fully and effectively play the functional role of grassroots party organizations in public primary schools,more effectively stimulating and strengthening the internal driving force of the professional development of young teachers in primary schools,supporting the same direction and cooperating,promoting the faster and healthy growth of young teachers in primary schools,and building a young team of young teachers in the new era of “high morality,exquisite work,and good morality” is the main purpose of this research.This article has six parts.The first part focuses on the reasons and research significance.the second part is the theoretical basis and the concept definition.the third part outlines the historical evolution of the grassroots party organization.The fourth part discusses the party organization of the grassroots school from the perspective of organizational function to promote the construction of the young teachers in the primary school.The fifth part objectively analyzes the problems and causes of the establishment of the young teachers in the school.The last part presents some suggestions and countermeasures on how to effectively play the organizational function of party organizations in grassroots schools and promote the construction of young teachers in the school.On the macro level,this research analyzes the role of grassroots school’s party organization in the construction of young teachers in the perspective of organizational function,and how to play the role in providing a reference for effectively promoting the construction of young teachers;Microscopically,the writer hope this research can give some inspiration to young teachers,better mobilize subjective initiative,use the power of school party organizations to promote personal professional development,and realize personal self-worth in the process of promoting the development and growth of schools.
