Performance appraisal is an indispensable part of the enterprise management process,which is an important guarantee for the normal operation of the company's internal management.At present,there are still many problems of the performance appraisal in vocational education organization,especially for the common staff performance appraisal.How to deal with these problems and challenges of the common staff performance appraisal is an urgent problem that the vocational education organization needs to solve.This paper takes the common staff of X education organization as the research object,and combines the theory and the empirical analysis,and takes the performance appraisal theory as the theoretical foundation of the research,while combines the theory of the enterprise,the theory of behavior,the human resource management theory,tries to analyzes the problems existing in the performance appraisal of the common staff and puts forward the counter measures and the improvement plan,after analyzed and researched the performance appraisal of the common staff and the performance management system in X education organization.It intends to study the essential characteristics and performance objectives of the performance appraisal in depth,and discuss the performance of the staff 'performance management model,select the performance appraisal and evaluation tools suitable for the job responsibilities of the common staffs,design the scientific staff performance evaluation indicators,establish the staff performance management system and implement the safeguard measures based on the overall target development strategy objectives of the enterprise,and promote the X education organization to improve the efficiency,deepen reform,stable operation and achieve sustainable development.There search methods include the theoretical and empirical analysis,questionnaire,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,analysis and research,KPI analysis,management objectives and literature research and soon.This paper is based on the common staff of X education organization as the main research object;to study the vocational education organization is how to carry out common staff performance appraisal,and analysis the obstacles,challenges and problems in performance appraisal,which has the practical significance and research value.All data source is reliable and has sustained observation,and the conclusion has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
