In 2017,China revised the general technical curriculum standards.The new curriculum standard emphasizes the importance of the general technical curriculum.It calls on all regions and schools to pay more attention to the cultivation of teachers and continuously improve the curriculum construction and implementation ability of teachers to ensure the curriculum.Smooth development.As a kind of effective teaching and research activities to promote the professional development of teachers,“same class heterogeneity” has played a certain role in the teaching of other disciplines,providing practical experience for teachers of various disciplines and promoting the professional development of teachers.In order to familiarize the general technical teachers with the model of “same class heterogeneity” and promote the application of “same class heterogeneity” in general technology teaching and improve the professional development level of general technical teachers,the author combines a large number of documents and combines The characteristics of the "same class heterogeneous"teaching mode and the characteristics of general technical disciplines analyze the necessity and class heterogeneity in the teaching of high school general technology.This study takes the third chapter of the Geological Edition of Technology and Design 2,System and Design,Section 2,"Basic Characteristics Analysis of the System" as an example,using the literature research method,classroom observation method,comparative research method and questionnaire.Form,the analysis and research of the "same class heterogeneous" teaching of general technology,this paper is divided into five parts:The first part: Introduction.The introduction part introduces the research background and significance of this thesis,domestic and international research review,research methods,research ideas and innovations.In the context of the status quo of general technology teaching,combined with the report of the 19 th National Congress and the "2017 General High School General Technical Curriculum Standards",the research significance and research ideas ofusing the "same class heterogeneous" teaching and research method to improve teaching quality and teacher strength are proposed.The second part: the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical basis.It analyzes the related meanings of “same class heterogeneity” and general technology,and expounds the related theoretical basis of peer-to-peer theory,teacher professional development theory and comparative education research theory and its application in this research.The third part: the necessity and feasibility of "same class heterogeneity" in high school general technology classroom teaching.The necessity is divided into four aspects: the background of the times,the needs of the new curriculum reform,the limitations of the traditional preparation of lessons,and the homology of the same class to promote the effective teaching of general techniques;the feasibility is divided into the development trend of the general technical curriculum standards,the diversity of the general technical courses,The individual differences of teachers and the individual differences of students.The fourth part: Comparative analysis of the "same class heterogeneous" teaching in the general technical course of high school.This part evaluates two classes of two general technical teachers in two different schools,mainly from the teaching preparation stage,the teaching design stage,the teaching implementation stage and the
