At present,the school-based research as an important part of teachers' continuing education has attracted more and more attention of the experts of education,the school-based teaching and research in a form of "heterogeneous" has become the professional growth of teachers is an effective way to improve the level of research.In this paper,mathematics teachers in senior high school as the enhancement of the development of the subject,through the analysis of the situation of many the study of strategies and construction measure to enhance the level of teachers' research quantization table,and as a research tool to explore strategies to improve teachers' professional level.In this study,action research as the main research methods supplemented by questionnaire,interview and analysis.The specific goal of the research is to carry out a "heterogeneous" case study to promote the professional growth of teachers.The two is to carry out "case study" the heterogeneous classes of teachers' classroom teaching research.Through interviews with literature research on "the heterogeneous classes" teachers are analyzed.First established the teachers' professional development dimension,and then the comparison of teachers' professional development content dimension were analyzed.The results of the interview show that "the heterogeneous classes" teaching can effectively promote teachers' professional development.Especially in the teachers of Mathematics itself.Reading,mathematics professional knowledge,very significant effect on three aspects of mathematical ability promotion;on Teachers' occupation understanding and understanding of students' attitudes and behavior,to teaching knowledge,teaching design,teaching implementation,the communication and cooperation,have a certain role on the seven aspects of reflection and development "to strengthen.Summary of teachers' self reflection and teaching with the heterogeneous class" activities,strengthen cooperation and exchanges between peers,but also to strengthen the teachers' understanding of teaching knowledge.In short,in order to improve teachers' professional knowledge of mathematics teaching,we can through organized "the heterogeneous classes" can be achieved.Mathematics curriculum must recover the original simplicity.Also The license to return to mathematical problems of origin,so that students in the thinking of solving the problem of hot,dig out the essence of contact problems,find the combination of old and new knowledge,optimize the cognitive structure.So the "heterogeneous" we should better mining materials,broaden their knowledge,on the way to the teacher professional development go further.The results obtained in this study with the heterogeneous class case and activity patterns can be replicated and worthy of promotion.
