As a special activity for cultivating people,school teaching is determined to regard students as a whole body and mind,and to pay attention to the overall development of students' mind and body.However,in the reality of school teaching,people were divided into body and mind,and thinking became the symbol of human existence.Therefore,educators have paid more attention to the "heart",but ignored and devalued the "body".In recent years,with the gradual deepening of multi-disciplinary understanding of the body,the body has increasingly attracted people's attention.As a result,many scholars have initiated a revolution in the understanding of the body in the research of education and teaching,and re-examined its importance in education and teaching,so as to realize the "turning" of the body,and return the body to education and teaching,which resulted in many innovative studies.However,these studies were based on a single disciplinary background,derailed theory and practice.Most of the research was still on the basis of rational speculation,the main form of education-physical problems in school teaching was not examined enough,the proposed regression path was also inadequate.The reality of physical alienation in current school teaching has not been effectively curbed.Therefore,on the basis of reflecting on previous studies,this study is trying to discuss and answer the core question of “returning the student body to school teaching and realizing the free and comprehensive development of students' life”.This study was mainly elaborated from the following four aspects:Firstly,this study interpreted the body,including the connotation,characteristics and teaching implications of the body.The body connotation considered in this study was given by combing and summarizing the body connotation in the context of Chinese and Western,and then the body connotation in the school teaching was defined based on the school teaching background.The body referred to in this study was a living body combining spirit and flesh,which was in various social and cultural environments.Therefore,the body in the school teaching is the whole life of teachers and students in the school teaching.whose connotation includes both physical body and wearable,movement and action rhythm,behavior,energy,the experience and experience of the individual body's various sensory activities.The body in this study had the characteristics of naturalness,emotional consciousness,subjectivity,historical culture,and practicality.At the same time,the body contained rich teaching implications.It is the basis and starting point of teaching,the object and carrier of teaching activities,and affects and reflects the teaching effect,body experience expands the teaching resources and space,physical practice is an important way to realize teaching purpose.Secondly,this study examined the current physical problems in school teaching.It was found that the body is degraded,disciplined and displayed by examining the reality of school teaching.And then,this study analyzed the possible influence of physical problems in current school teaching.It was suggested that the concealment and belittling of human body may result in the alienation of "human" in the school field and the separation of the relationship between school teaching and society and culture,and that the philosophical tradition of body and mind dichotomy,the emphasis on body and mind restraint,the traditional learning thought in China,the utilitarian educational reality and the dominant position of knowledge pedagogy would have an impact on the body problems in school teaching.Thirdly,this study discussed the idealistic state of body in school teaching.Based on the current multidisciplinary understanding of the body and combined with the background of education and teaching,this study explored the physical state of the body from the body's ontology and application.At the ontological level,the body in school teaching should be a multi-factor integration of the whole,embodied the integrity of life in the teaching.What is more,it should be free and display the subjectivity and uniqueness of human beings;At the application level,the body in school teaching should be an active and positive image of experience and practice.Students can use the body to promote communication and dialogue between the teaching subjects,and to actively participate in knowledge construction and learning.Finally,this study conducted a path analysis of the body return in school teaching.This study mainly discussed how to return the body to school teaching from three aspects: paying attention to the body to show the existence of the body as a whole;caring for the body to release the freedom of the body;using the body to inspire students to gain cognition through the body.In terms of paying attention to the body,this study started from the external approaches such as the examination system and the change of current education and teaching culture,and from the internal approaches such as establishing the teaching concept and goal of integrating body and mind,constructing diversified teaching contents integrating body and mind,and paying attention to the reasonable and coordinated implementation of various courses in schools.In terms of caring for the body,this study mainly proposed the return path from the school system construction and the teaching time and space construction.In terms of using the body,this study mainly started from the teacher's teaching,it is suggested that teachers should design experiential teaching situations,use teaching methods of body thinking,so as to guide students to use body gain cognition.
