Disabled people refer to a person who has lost or is abnormal in a certain organization or function in psychology,physiology,and human body structure,and is wholly or partially lost,unable to perform certain activities in a normal manner.Due to its own defects,disabled people are a special vulnerable group in society.Among them,children with disabilities are in a more vulnerable position.Disabled people need to be better educated as a vulnerable group to integrate into society.Safeguarding the right to education of children with disabilities and enabling them to receive appropriate education is also a long-term pursuit of education and welfare for disabled people.This paper analyses the education welfare supply of disabled children in Anhui Province as an entry point and analyses the overall situation of education welfare supply for disabled children in China.The literature research method and the investigation method were used as research methods,and Anhui Province was taken as an example for investigation.As the central part of China,Anhui Province has a moderate level of economic and social development,and it has a strong representativeness for the education and welfare supply of disabled children in China.Guided by the theory of public goods and the theory of welfare pluralism,this paper analyses the current situation of educational welfare supply for disabled children in Anhui Province.The education and welfare supply for disabled children has improved overall.The government's investment in education for disabled children has improved,and household supply has improved.Government organizations began to participate in the welfare supply.But overall there is still a big gap with demand.Problems in the education and welfare supply of disabled children in Anhui Province: inadequate system construction,unreasonable capital investment,the need to strengthen the teaching staff,the lag of family supply,and insufficient participation of NGOs.In total,Taiwan has a successful experience in the education and welfare supply of disabled children and proposed that the education and welfare supply of disabled children in China should involve multiple entities.At the government level,it is necessary to improve the construction of laws and regulations,improve capital investment,promote the construction of barrier-free campus environment,and cultivate high-quality teachers.In the family,it is necessary to strengthen the basic role of the family and further promote parental participation.For non-governmental organizations,it is necessary to encourageand guide the participation of non-governmental organizations to promote the development of non-governmental organizations.Promote the development of education and welfare for disabled people from multiple sides.
