Development of special education is the inevitable trend of social progress. In our country since the founding of the People's Republic of China, special education entered the a new stage of development. The author is engaged in the work of special education for 8 years, deeply feel national attention on disabled children education career development, but at the same time also saw the some problems and drawbacks.This article through the literature, to compare and analyze the data and field visits and other means, to special education development in Linyi City as the starting point, of the five typical regions of disabled children special education status were survey visit,and by combining the related literature and statistical data of the disabled children The special education development present situation has carried on the thorough study.In the study, the author found that our country has gradually built a full range,multi-level system of special education, special education laws and regulations and security system is increasingly perfect, the special education in the number of schools and school running scale is expanding constantly, educational opportunities for children with disabilities in increasing gradually with the growth rate of enrollment of children with disabilities, benefiting population continues to expand, the special education teacher training has been strengthened. At the same time, also found that,my country not in school the number of school-age children with disabilities is still relatively large, uneven regional distribution; disabled special education legal system construction is not perfect; disabled children enrollment rate, proportion of students entering schools of a higher grade and normal children exist Gap, and the gender and urban-rural imbalance; special lack of financial education, unfair distribution; lack of teachers of special capital total amount, low degree of specialization, read along with the class teaching quality is unsatisfactory; special education funding system lack of corresponding measures, insufficient incentives for social forces; special education management policies hinder special education resource integration; special pre-school education is neglected, the intermediate education attention is not enough to be insufficient. Hereby,the writer analyzed other Countries' special educationsituation,absorbed their learned experiences,and try to give some useful suggestions on our domestic special education,hopping to make any help improving our special education status.
