Education is the core of education,and education is the foundation.The important documents issued by the state in recent years have emphasized the important role of teachers in the reform of education development,the realization of national prosperity and national rejuvenation.In particular,since the eighteen Party of the party,the Central Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,has placed the construction of the teachers’ team in a prominent position and made a series of major decisions and deployments.The important status of teachers in realizing the "great power of education",the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the building of a modern powerful country with Chinese characteristics has become more and more recognized and highly valued by the state and the government.But as a physical education teacher,because of the reason in the course of history development,it has been the most disadvantaged group and free from the edge of education in the educational system,which leads to the lack of happiness in the post,the sense of unachievement in the career,and the sense of no honor in the society,which causes the low quality of the physical education and teaching in Chinese schools,especially in the middle and primary schools.Effect.Sports teachers shoulder the responsibility of enhancing students’ physique,promoting students’ health and improving their personality and character.Therefore,it is particularly important to reshape the identity and social status of the physical identity of the PE teachers.This study,based on the theory of physical education,uses the theory of sociology,education,psychology and other interdisciplinary theories,to explore the practical mode of physical education teachers’ realization of professional identity from two aspects of theory and practice,in order to promote the sense of happiness,the sense of achievement and the sense of social honor for the PE teachers.It provides a theoretical basis and practical path for the professional development of the body to enhance the quality of education and teaching.The results show that: 1.The professional identity of PE teachers is the recognition and affirmation of their own professional skills in the relevant fields of physical education teaching.That is to say,"I" as a person and "I" as a physical education teacher get professional self affirmation in sports teaching activities.It is reflected in the summary of the physical education teacher’s self image,the past learning and the teaching experience.In the professional teaching practice,it seeks the meaning and value of the teacher as a teacher.Through the forging of the different career,the professional identity of the self and the social unity is obtained.Two the main characteristics of the professional identity of the physical education teachers are the main package.Including three aspects: dynamic construction characteristics,subjective initiative characteristics and professional practical characteristics;three the main factors affecting the professional identity of physical education teachers are two aspects of the social level policy and cultural interwoven object factors and the individual level of the teachers’ main factors;four the professional identity of physical education teachers is mainly two.One aspect: the individual and social attributes of the professional identity of the PE teachers;five the practice mode of the physical identity of the PE teachers includes the two aspects of the individual practice mode and the social practice mode of the professional identity of the PE teachers.The individual practice patterns of PE Teachers’ professional identity include:(1)the mode of professional identity identification based on the physical education teachers in the life world;(two)the empirical mode of professional identity identification based on self understanding;(three)the model of professional identity identification based on the reflective choice of teachers;(four Based on learning and innovation,the professional identity of PE teachers is identified.The social practice mode of PE Teachers’ professional identity includes:(1)the learning and practice of the two lines of physical education teacher learning community mode;(two)teaching physical teacher professional development and professional identification mode;(three)physical education reflection and professional practice model.In view of the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward: the quality of a teacher is the key to improving the quality of teaching.From two aspects as "human" teachers and teachers as "people",the characteristics and significance of the professional identity identification of physical education teachers are deeply analyzed.It makes the physical education teachers truly realize their own professional identity,thus improving their self ability,promoting the quality of physical education,and innovating the education and training methods of physical education teachers.Two from the change of the training mode of physical education teachers,the students as "quasi physical education teachers",the first physical education teachers in the workplace and the on-the-job sports teaching are made.Teachers and teachers’ educators,starting from their own self understanding,face the reform of the State Education and the culture of the school teaching organization with positive teaching and life attitude,and reasonably circumvent the factors affecting the professional identity of the physical education teachers;three strengthen the construction of the practical mode of the physical identity identification of the physical education teachers.In the specific situation of physical education,teachers find problems,sum up their own experience and others’ experience,integrate the existing knowledge effectively,solve the problems through thinking and action,and realize self summary and self two in the society.Four people are a process existence,that is,the construction of professional identity.Course characteristics.The construction of professional teachers’ status of physical education teachers is the guarantee for the construction of high-quality physical education teachers.On the one hand,we should change the teacher’s policy of
