The concept of new curriculum reform and the characteristics of history discipline urgently require us to develop and utilize the resources of out-of-school history courses.Discussed in this article,through the history and culture,the study of the application to investigate the development of school-based curriculum,and combine history teaching with the development of Taizhou history and culture,make Taizhou outstanding historical culture resources in teaching can be fully utilized,inheritance,carry forward,protection,effectively ease the relative shortage of teaching resources in the new curriculum,meet the demand of higher learning,promote students' all-round development.As a famous national historical and cultural city,Taizhou has a long history,a flourishing culture and unique charm.This article from the perspective of development of Taizhou historical and cultural resources,a comprehensive analysis of Taizhou characteristics of historical and cultural resources,explore the Taizhou local historical and cultural heritage,Taizhou after deep history culture,make the excellent Taizhou history and culture to become a valuable schoolbased curriculum,a service for the middle school history teaching.This paper is a research and summary on the development and utilization of school-based history curriculum in school A in recent years,and the development of activities of historical societies,and strives to develop a high-quality school-based curriculum of local history suitable for junior high school students in Taizhou.Apart fromthe introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into three chapters.The first chapter introduces the necessity,advantages and significance of school-based curriculum development.The second chapter discusses the development and teaching practice of school-based curriculum.This chapter is the core of the whole paper.The third chapter summarizes the effectiveness,shortcomings and future improvement measures ofschool-based curriculum development and application.
