At present,the realization of educational equity and improvement of educational quality have become the focus of work in the field of basic education in China.Along with China's "education for poverty alleviation",great achievements have been made in ensuring the fairness of the starting point of education,and the cause of education equity has gradually shifted to focus on educational process equity.Generally speaking,the fairness of the educational process is mainly subject to the quality of school education and the background of students' families.Students come to the school with different family backgrounds,even under the background of constantly strengthening the development of basic education,the educational process is still difficult to be fair.There must be a difference in the feasible ability of students from disadvantaged families and non-disadvantaged families.Especially in rural areas,there are a large number of disadvantaged families,and the disadvantaged degree is also relatively deep,and they enjoy a relatively narrow space for the substantial freedom of education.Therefore,paying attention to disadvantaged students in rural school education and giving certain compensation have become the only way to promote fairness in the educational process.Based on the background of the times and the actual development needs,and based on the goal of optimizing the internal process elements of education,social and emotional learning has become a necessary course for the disadvantaged students in rural areas.Strengthening social and emotional learning refers to improve social and emotional competence,such as self-consciousness,self-management,social consciousness,social relations and responsibility.Cultivating social emotional ability is helpful for students to improve their subject consciousness,so that they can fully,reasonably and legally conduct social communication and form a certain social relationship network."People are the sum of all social relations," and "school is society." To promote the social and emotional learning in school is helpful fordisadvantaged students to integrating into the collective,obtaining social development,improving learning experience and enjoying the freedom of education.This freedom is the feasible ability in the process of receiving education.To balance the feasible ability gap between disadvantaged students and non-disadvantaged students in rural areas is to promote the fairness of the education process.The essence of social and emotional learning is socialized learning.This study based on the theory of socialized learning theory,ecological system,and then construct a analytical framework of the social and emotional learning: nested in Micro systems,intermediate system,external system,macro system and timing system,based on the spatial relationship of system with different environment,People and the five systems form an interactive space with different influences.In a word,people's social and emotional learning is constrained by multiple factors,such as the family,peer groups,the media,the working environment of the parents,the community,and the policies.Based on the above theoretical framework,this study designs a research and conducts a field survey and research on the rural areas of L county,Sichuan province by means of questionnaire,interview,observation and other research methods.We found that compared with non-disadvantaged students,social and emotional learning in rural disadvantaged students is more difficult.The specific manifestations are: the disadvantaged girls' social consciousness ability is significantly insufficient;The self-management ability of the disadvantaged students in grade 7 is insufficient.Triple and quadruple disadvantaged students are significantly deficient in the ability of responsible decision-making.In response to the status problem,we found that: In the micro system,each subject fails to give full play to the educational function;In the intermediate system,there is a lack of supporting connection between various subjects;In external system,parents work intensively and under great pressure.In terms of timing system,the modernization of regional education is slow,and the overall quality of education needs to be improved.In macro system,traditional farming culture has a long history.It is also the interaction of various systems that constantly aggregates into a difficult situation for disadvantaged students in reality.In response to the above problems and attributions,this study proposes the concept of pro-social campus: under the premise of implementation of local poverty alleviation policies,based on school education,introducing social emotional learning,developing teacher education and training,optimizing the connection between "school-student,parents-student andgroup-media",maximize the integration of students' development resources,and create a good environment to promote social and emotional learning in rural areas.The basic idea is to “respond to the development requirements of the times,optimize the elements of the educational process,promote the social and emotional learning of high-risk groups,and strive to achieve fairness in the educational process.”...
