The gap between schools,especially the scarcity of quality education,is a prominent problem in the current basic education reform.The construction of University districts can alleviate this dilemma to a certain extent.In fact,the gap between schools is mainly the gap between teachers,and the management of university district can better promote the overall level of teachers in the school district.The construction of the research community is an important part of the construction of the University district,and it is also a realistic need to promote the growth of the teaching staff in the University district.However,under the background of the current construction of University districts,the situation of the construction of teachers' research community is not optimistic,facing common problems such as the lack of agreement on a common vision and the single mode of research.On the other hand,primary and secondary school curriculum reflects a distinct branch of curriculum,primary and secondary school teachers rely on teaching and research for basic research.And teaching and research are basically carried out in one discipline after another.If all disciplines are taken as the research object,it will involve too much and not be focused.In addition,the research quality of individual school teachers will be uneven in the University area,and the advantage of the university area is to make up for the disciplines gap between schools.Therefore,it is realistic to build a community of primary school teachers' research and learning,which is also in line with the reality of attaching importance to the disciplines of primary and secondary schools under the current quality education.Therefore,this paper chooses the construction of discipline research community of single discipline of Chinese in A University District as the research object,and tries to investigate the current situationIX of the construction of primary school teachers' research community on the basis of this,and puts forward effective reform strategies on the basis of exploring the investigation problems,with a view to promoting the development of primary school teachers' discipline research community under the background of University District and promoting primary school language teachers.Team growth.A university district can reflect the basic situation of primary school language teachers' research community as a whole,and has a certain representativeness.In this paper,125 language teachers from six schools in A University District were selected as the specific subjects.Through questionnaires and interviews,the status quo of primary school language teachers' research community in A University District was investigated in depth.The results show that the construction of primary school language teachers' research community is still acceptable,but there are still some problems: first,the external support conditions of teachers' research community are insufficient;second,the vision of teachers' and research community planning has not been agreed,and the enthusiasm of teachers' participation in the research community is insufficient;third,the operation mechanism of teachers' research community is not perfect,and teachers' anti-research.Fourthly,there are still many shortcomings in the operation mode and means of the teachers' research community,including less discussion on the contents of teachers' professional disciplines and the lack of democratic and equal dialogue among members.Based on this,this paper puts forward the strategies to build the primary school language teachers' research community under the background of the University district: first,to increase the input of the primary school teachers' research community,to rationally establish the teachers' research community;second,to shape the common vision of the primary school teachers' research community,to strengthen teachers' awareness of the importance of the research community;third,to adhere to the teachers' research community.The operation mechanism of "reflection-practice" is to strengthen the integration of teachers' theoretical and practical knowledge.Fourthly,teachers' research community should be constructed democratically based on professional disciplines,i.e.Chinese.
