Since the reform of teacher education,freedom,openness and pluralismhas been highlighted.Thequality of universities' teaching has been widely questioned by the publicdue to the phenomenon of “heavy research and light teaching” which conducived theprofessional development of normal students after entering basic education.We all know education is the country's and the party's plan,teachers are the foundation of the education.So students needs the guidance of high-quality,professional and innovative teachers.Therefore,it is necessary to study the factors which influencing the professional development.It is worth noting that the study of the teacher-student stage affects the teacher's entire professional development career,thereby inspiring the research on the influence of teacher sources on the professional development of middle school teachers.Based onthe nature of teacher professional development and the professional standards of domestic middle school teachers,combined with the current teacher education system training objectives,in order to avoid the impact of post-employment development on this research,the researchers refer to the existing questionnaires of other scholars,and many areas of professional development with teachers.The experts discussed and finally compiled a questionnaire reflecting the relationship between teacher source and teacher professional development and tested the reliability and validity.After investigation and analysis,it is found that the source of teachers has a significant impact on the professional development of middle school teachers.Under the teacher education system,the teachers who are trained in different types of schools have a great influence on the degree of their professional development after they enter the post-secondary.There are significant differences in professional knowledge and understanding,professional competence and application,professional philosophy and teacher's morality,which is not conducive to the overall development of students.Through the analysis,it is found that the causes of the above problems are multi-faceted and multi-angled.There are internal factors that the individual subjective will of teachers should be strengthened,and there are also externalities in which the university teacher education system is imperfect.Factors,the researchers also found that middle school teachers in the teacher-student stage of the primary and middle school life with a certain degree of virtuality.Therefore,inresponse to the above problems,in order to improve the professional development level of the middle school teachers' normal students,and to cultivate excellent teachers who integrate teaching,research and service society,try to make the following suggestions:Firstly,we will deepen education reforms based on the actual needs of primary and middle schools.A large number of outstanding talents cultivated by the university are transported to various positions required by the society.The lag of education and teacher's particularity both emphasize the actual needs.Only by grasping the actual needs of primary and middle schools,deepening education reform,and having a benchmark for the training of all types of schools,can we minimize the disconnection from actual teaching.Specifically:(1)Reforming the talent training model with the core of improving practical ability;(2)Establishing a professional development mechanism oriented to the needs of economic and social development;(3)Solving the problem of lack of organizational structure and lack of organization,and strengthening the career Planning guidance;(4)Implementing teacher professional certification and improving teacher entry barriers.Secondly,aiming at the all-round development of people,optimize the curriculum of teachers' education.The humanistic education concept emphasizes the subjective position of human beings,and embodies the equality,comprehensiveness and guidance of education.So the curriculum should emphasize the main position of students,pay attention to the potential development of students' professional ability and consciousness,change the boring and single closed curriculum system,create a fun and interesting classroom atmosphere,and when they graduated they can change roles and serve the society as soon as possible.Specifically:(1)Strengthen the learning system,interest,motivation and other dynamic systems;(2)Highlight the characteristics of the discipline,increase the proportion of educational practice courses;(3)Focus on improving the teaching skills and curriculum development awareness of normal students;(4)Advocating the "theory plus practice" teaching model and realizing the "double tutor" guiding management system.Finally,the "Internet + Education" platform can used to build an information development professional system which brought new opportunities for the professional development of teachers.Under the opening educational resources,the professional development is more independent and diverse which can solve the lack of educational resources and the weaksubjective will of teachers.Specifically:(1)Improve the co-build sharing mechanism and enrich the network of serialized educational resources;(2)Enhance the ability of normal students to collect and process information;(3)Realize the external drive to develop independently by online and offline combination;(4)Cultivate the craftsmanship of teachers and students by means of the integration of production and education.
