| During the War of Liberation,under the heavy encirclement of Jiang and Yan Army,middle schools in Taiyue Liberated Area did not stop enrolling students because of the war,but completed their teaching tasks under the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the Executive Office of Taiyue Liberated Area.In the special war years,the middle schools in Taiyue Liberated Area have trained and trained the excellent style of unity,mutual assistance,hardship and firmness between teachers and students,helped the students to establish a correct world outlook and revolutionary outlook,and trained a group of excellent students to be transported to the army and all places,thus ensuring the reserve strength of the army.On the task of "cultivating junior cadres in counties and districts serving the people",we have made great efforts and made important contributions to the victory of the War of Liberation and the establishment of New China.In this sense,the achievements and contributions of middle schools in Taiyue Liberated Area during the War of Liberation are indelible.In the war of resistance against Japan,which has just won victory,lacking material and relatively backward economy,if middle schools want to carry out normal teaching work,they must first ensure that the four elements of teachers,students,teaching materials and teaching methods are complete.The middle schools in Taiyue Liberated Area did not shrink slightly in the face of the shortage of teachers,the shortage of students,the inconsistency of teaching materials and curricula,and the diversity of teaching methods.Under the direction of Taiyue Administration,the teaching staff should be expanded by training and absorbing intellectuals;the number of students should be guaranteed by means of recruitment and promotion;the current situation of the inconsistency of teaching materials should be improved by unifying curriculum and textbooks;and finally,common teaching methods should be found to improve the dilemma of random and diverse teaching methods.At the beginning of the War of Liberation,after solving the problem of four elements,the development of middle schools during the whole war of liberation had two characteristics: before the transition to normalization in 1948,middle schools responded positively to the"central task" directives of the Taiyue Executive Office and carried out normal teaching work around the three major tasks of "land reform,mass production and before joining the army".By actively mobilizing the masses to carry out anti-treachery liquidation,jointly learning the principles and policies of land reform,participating in the land reform movement,cotton spinning,meritorious service movement,participating in the mass production movement,and actively supporting the front line,teachers and students in middle schools completed the teaching tasks entrusted to them by the Executive Department of Taiyue Liberated Area.In 1948,when the situation of the War of Liberation was finalized,secondary schools began to change to regularization in response to the instructions of the Taiyue Administration.New development directions and plans have been put forward for secondary education.Secondary schools have responded positively to the instructions of the Executive Board,completed the transformation of secondary schools by correcting teaching deviations,strengthening teachers’ learning and correcting students’ attitudes,and trained a steady stream of talents for the establishment of New China. |
