As a result of the lack of experience,it is helpful to study the problems encountered by novice international Chinese teachers in teaching practice.To explore the strategies of improve the teaching practice ability will help to promote the professional development of novice international Chinese teachers.Classroom Teaching is the main content of teaching project.The ultimate goal of teaching is to complete the teaching task.Classroom management which exists in classroom teaching is an important condition for ensuring classroom efficiency.So the classroom management ability is one of the indispensable abilities of novice teachers.However,in the actual teaching,novice teachers in dealing with classroom management problems are helpless.When I taught Chinese as a novice teacher in Thailand,I feel the classroom management was difficult.So I choose the study of Thai novice Chinese teachers in classroom management problems encountered as my paper.This paper uses the narrative research method,the research information is from the novice teachers’ teaching diary in kanthararom secondary school.By analysis of the teaching diaries,to find out Thai novice Chinese teachers in classroom management problems encountered.Base on the contents of above,to carry out a survey to investigate whether these problems are universal for the other novice Chinese teachers in Thailand.Combining with some successful classroom management cases,I’ll put forward to some effective classroom management strategies for novice teachers.The research results that the problems which the two novice teachers in kanthararom school encountered are prevalent among other Thai teachers.And I put the problems in descending order,the outstandingproblem is found that the students tardiness because of the school activities affects the progress of teaching;classroom activities runs out of control and can’t attract students in the process;classroom rules are poorly constrained;lack of multimedia equipment,the high classroom temperature and other classroom physical environment cause the inconvenience of teaching.This paper refers to the successful classroom management case,proposing effective management strategies from the classroom activities,teaching time,classroom rules,classroom physical environment.Hoping to provide reference for novice teachers to prevent and solve classroom management problems.
