With the progress of the times,modern information technology has become one of the main driving forces to promote education reform and development.The integration of modern information technology with various subjects is not only the need of the development of the times,but also the inevitable requirement of the reform of modern basic education and the promotion of quality education in China.However,few research is on the application of modern information technology in high school history practice teaching in the western poor areas is relatively poor areas.By investigating the current situation of the application of modern information technology in history teaching in senior high schools,all this study paper aims to find out the basic situation of the application of modern information technology in history teaching in senior high schools in poor areas of Western China,to analysis of them the problems existing in the application and to explore solutions,with a view to enlighten the application and development of modern information technology in history teaching in senior high schools in this area.This paper chooses teachers and students of Nayong No.1 High School(hereinafter referred to as Nayong No.1 High School)in Guizhou Province as the research objects.The methods adopted are classroom observation,questionnaire survey and interview.According to the survey,first,the application environment of modern information technology in high school history teaching in Nayong No.1 High School is generally good,most teachers and students have a positive attitude towards the integration of modern information technology and history teaching;second,teachers' application skills are relatively skilled,and most teachers can use it reasonably according to the characteristics of adept curriculum,teaching content and students' needs.Modern information education technology;third,modern information technology does some help to history teaching in high school;fourth,the interaction between teachers and students in the integration of modern information technology and history curriculum teaching is relatively good.What is that there are still some subjective and objective factors restricting the integration of modern information technology and history curriculum.The first that is the imperfection of modern information technology hardware and equipment and the problems that are easy to occur;the second that is the poor teaching skills of teachers using modern information technology;the third that is the incorrect attitude of students towards the integration of modern information technology and history curriculum teaching,learning methods and habits still exist.In view of the problems reflected in the investigation,the author puts forward the following suggestions: First,schools and education departments should increase investment in modern information technology teaching equipment and strengthen the training and assessment of teachers to ensure the normal operation and use of modern information technology equipment and improve teachers' information literacy and operational ability.Second,teachers should actively renew their educational concepts and set up correct modern information technology teaching concepts;third,they should accurately grasp their role orientation,flexibly and correctly handle the relationship between teachers,students,textbooks and media;fourth,they should actively improve their information literacy,actively guide students to participate in classroom interaction,and pay attention to the conclusion of traditional teaching mode and modern information technology teaching mode.All right.First,students should actively learn modern information technology and make great efforts to improve their information literacy.Second,they should change their learning concepts,try to adapt to the new teaching methods of integrating modern information technology and history courses,and actively participate in classroom teacher-student interaction.Third,we should correct our learning attitude and actively use modern information technology to study.Fourth,we should cultivate good learning interests and habits,and give full play to the initiative and enthusiasm of learning.
