| With the all-round development of China’s social econom y,the scarcity,strategic and importance of human resources have been much high er than any previous period.Colleges and universities are gathering talents and nurturing talents.Their existence is to make con.tinuous efforts for the construction of higher education in China,As the promoter of the realization of this lofty mission,the personal quality,work performance and work attitude of college teachers will directly affect the success or failure of the great cause construction,so the use of college teachers’ resources is in urgent need of our atterntion.This paper is based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars under the guidance of the management th eory of salary and other related fields.YM university as the specific research object,the investigators inner sense of satisfaction as the breakthrough point,through methods such as questionnaire,depth interview and comparative analysis,mainly mining the YM university,for the problems in the process of compensation management mainly include unreasonable salary structure,basic salary is low,incomplete performance appraisal,evaluation towards digitization and administrative personnel problems such as inefficient.Through the analysis of its causes,the author finds out the problems of YM’s salary reform from the two aspects of teachers and administrative staff.At the same time,through understanding and analysis of the implementation status of the salary system of colleges and universities in the United States,Germany,Switzerland,Japan and other countries,and sunmmarizing experience,the author aims to reform and improve the salary system of YM from the aspects of teachers and administrative personnel in view of the problems encountered in the imp lementation process of YM.Finally,the refom and implementation of the salary system are guaranteed from four aspects:school organization,school system,concept change and performance oriented cultur-e. |
