University men’s volleyball team is important reserve forces of the development of volleyball in our country.How to better and faster promotes the development of volleyball in universities is facing a major problem. The current development trend of volleyball is strengthening the anticipation in advance at a faster speed, more flexible footwork to fast, high strength without an advantage in height, speed to win the opponent. So in the daily training, especially emphasize the footworks of practice. This paper mainly used the literature material method, experimental method, mathematical statistics, etc., Through the advanced "ladder training" to footwork training athletes, so as to effectively improve the speed of athletes footwork. Research object and methods: in this paper, xinjiang agricultural university men’s volleyball team 10 players selected as the research object, to 10 players for 14 weeks text, 7 weeks before not ladder training, seven weeks after contrast before the analysis of 10 players in the "ladder training", 36 m move, "T" running, "米" running, hexagon jump, cross quadrant jump, the five changes in test scores.Conclusion: through the experiment of 14 weeks, respectively for 10 players 7 weeks before and after 7 weeks of 36 m move, "T" running, "米" running, hexagon jump, cross quadrant jump the five cross quadrant test before test and after test data comparison, found that 10 players in the seven weeks test score average has significantly increased, so the ladder steps of training method of university men’s volleyball players movement speed increase significantly effect. |
