Talents flourish while science and technology flourish,while countries flourish when science and technology are strong.Talents training can not be successful overnight.It requires a long time of cultivation and accumulation.It is particularly important to cultivate from an early age and start from a doll.Middle school students are young,active,and active in thinking.They are at the stage of physical and psychological maturity.Moral education in middle school can cultivate middle school students' feelings of home and country,strengthen citizens' moral consciousness,enhance personal and collective sense of honor,and improve their mental health.Recessive education "sneak into the night with the wind,moisten things in silence" and teach in the way of learning spring weathering rain,can be more loved and accepted by middle school students.Recessive education can enhance the effectiveness of moral education in middle schools.Recessive education plays an irreplaceable role in moral education in middle schools.It helps to improve the consciousness of moral cultivation of middle school students,deepen the permeability of moral feelings of middle school students,strengthen the normative nature of moral behavior of middle school students,and enhance the effectiveness of explicit education of middle school students.Although recessive education plays many roles,due to the practical needs of exam-oriented education,our school,family and society are deeply rooted in the idea of "score first" and neglect the cultivation of moral education for middle school students,which gradually reveals the problems of moral education for middle school students in our country.First,the understanding of moral education for middle school students is not in place;second,the method of moral education is backward,and the application of recessive education in moral education for middle school students is not in place.Full;Third,the relevant system of moral education in middle schools is not perfect;Fourth,the implementation of curriculum moral education is not effective,moral education has not attracted enough attention,and the corresponding conditions of recessive education are backward;Fifth,teachers' own qualities all lead to the inadequate application of recessive education in middle school moral education,which are manifested in inadequate understanding of recessive education,single content of recessive education,simple methods of recessive education,etc.The recessive educational carrier is backward.In view of the deficiencies and causes of recessive education in middle school moral education,this paper puts forward the concrete application of recessive education in middle school moral education.Firstly,we should establish the people-oriented concept of moral education and establish the concept of comprehensive development of moral education,so as to adhere to the principle of "cultivating people with moral education as the first";secondly,we should tap the moral education resources of each course and strengthen the integration of the first classroom and the second classroom in order to improve the moral education of the curriculum;thirdly,we should standardize the management system of the middle school campus and enhance the scientific evaluation of moral education in order to facilitate health.Fourthly,we should comprehensively strengthen the material environment construction of moral education in middle schools and comprehensively promote the construction of campus culture in order to strengthen the environmental construction of moral education in middle schools.Fifthly,we should strengthen the role of head teachers,strengthen the role of model teachers,and build a good and harmonious new relationship between teachers and students,so as to strengthen the construction of teachers.
