The report of the17th National People’s Congress states:"educatingpeople-centered and moral education for the first". The sixth plenary session of the17thstates the strategic requirements:"cultural power”. The report of the18thNational People’s Congress clearly states:"Educating people by morality as thefundamental task of education, culture and physically comprehensive developmentof socialist builders and successors". The middle school is an important part ofChina’s basic education.Studying on school campus culture implicit moral andplaying implicit moral effect in teachers and students ideological and moral qualityof the training is to implement our Part on "Cultural construction" and "the spirits ofeducating students morally," This paper tried to explore the cultural construction ofthe high school campus from the implicit moral education perspective, which has acertain theoretical significance and practical value to broaden middle school campuscultural studies perspective, Optimized school educational environment, and toenhance the moral education effectiveness in middle high schools.This entire article is divided into five parts:The first part summarized the construction of the high school campus culture athome and abroad and the implicit moral education status, and the significance of thisstudy, research methods and innovations.The second part explained the definitions of Implicit moral education, thedominant moral education and middle school campus culture construction, and madea comparison between the Implicit moral education and the dominant moraleducation; analyzed middle school campus culture and the implicit moral educationintrinsic relationship.The third part analyzed the necessity, features and functions of the high schoolcampus culture construction from the implicit moral education perspective. Itfocused on the functions in four sides: A harmonious culture of the high schoolcampus can cultivate both the sentiments of students and staff’s. A unique secondaryschool campus spiritual and cultural value can orientate the staff and students’ values. Sound cultural norms of the high school campus system can regulate the staff andstudents’ behavior. Colorful cultural campus activities can cultivate the staff andstudents’ quality.The fourth part summarized the achievements in the construction of middleschool Campus Culture and also analyzed the main reasons for the problems duringthe construction process. All the study is based on questionnaire, statistics, analysisof a region under the jurisdiction of15secondary schools856students and teachers.The fifth part is to strengthen the construction of campus culturecountermeasures based on field surveys and questionnaires implicit moral educationperspective, which is mainly from the following four aspects: making efforts to builda campus environment where teachers do not have to educate students verbally;carefully defining the spirits of educating students morally; democraticallydeveloping scientific and rational school system; actively carrying out activitieswhich emphasizes students’ morality and intelligence.
