As the foundation of people's livelihood,employment is an important topic of concern to the whole society.Employment is usually taken as a barometer of urban development.The optimization of the employment service information system is a key factor for employment problems and an important research topic of academic.Nowadays,Chengdu is in a critical period transition from the initial well-off to a well-off society in an all-round way,and transition from a developing city to a developed city.In recent years,Chengdu's economy develops rapidly,population and employment pressures increases,and industrial structure is adjusted.The employment service information system is far from meeting the requirement of Chengdu's development.Based on investigations of public employment service agencies,it was found that the current employment service information system had low accuracy and slow reaction,lack of intelligent monitoring.These problems lead to bad phenomenon directly.There is a gap between employees and employers,which may deteriorate the efficiency of relevant agents.Therefore,it is urgent to optimize a Chengdu employment service information system.This thesis consists of employment theory,information theory and human resource management theory,based on investigations and research,long-term accumulated literature and related documents.A Chengdu employment service information system is proposed scientifically.This thesis consists of five chapters: the first chapter introduces the background,the meaning of the topic and the method of the research;the second chapter presets the concept of employment service,information system and related theories used in this thesis;the third chapter suggests the urgency of constructing the information system of Chengdu public employment service through the analysis of the current situation of human resources and the existing problems of the information system.The fourth chapter introduces policy and talents,technology and economics to carry out the feasibility analyses of the proposed Chengdu employment service information system,and also proposed the risk factors of the information system;the fifth chapter introduces the transformation of government functions,improves the infrastructure and uses the current mature technology of the corresponding strategy.This thesis combines important theories and practical significance.The proposed Employment Service Information System is an information bridge between employees and employers.Optimization of this information system could promote the matching of information between employees and employers,which is conducive to the government's macro-control of the talent market;it is conducive to improve citizens' satisfaction with government work,facilitate the sharing of information,and help to maintain the society.This paper provides theoretical reference for relevant government decision-making departments and accelerates the process of building a Chengdu employment service information system.
