| College students are the precious wealth of our country’s human resources,can college students get a job is not only related to thousands of families,but also related to the development of the country,and is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.With the establishment of the market economy system and the popularization of higher education,the employment situation of college students has become increasingly severe.The employment of college students has become the focus and hotspot of the government,universities and all sectors of society.As the main place for cultivating college students,colleges and universities shoulder important responsibilities and missions,such as increasing their knowledge and training their skills,and the purpose of all this is to enable students to find employment smoothly.Conversely,the high employment rate will also promote the healthy development of universities.There are many factors that affect the employment of students,on the one hand,the quality of the students themselves affects the quality of employment;on the other hand,the high-quality employment services provided by the school also play an irreplaceable role.In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology,the traditional information environment has taken on new characteristics,which has also had a profound impact on college employment services.The thesis takes the employment service quality of universities as the research content.First,on the basis of literature research,the quality research model is sorted out,and the reasons for using the SERVQUAL model are explained.Then,sort out the relevant indicators of related scholars’ research on the quality of university employment services,refer to some provincial-level documents evaluating university employment guidance work and the impact of the new information environment on university employment services,revise the SERVQUAL scale,finally,the employment service quality research model and pre-survey questionnaire are determined.The test questionnaire is analyzed by data statistical analysis software SPSS20.0,which tests the reliability,content and association validity of the questionnaire.Finally,take graduates of Northeast Petroleum University,Jinan University,Henan Normal University,and Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications as samples to conduct empirical research on the quality of employment services in colleges and universities,using SPSS descriptive statistical analysis,factor analysis,reliability analysis,quality gap analysis and other methods,explore the problems of employment services in colleges and universities,and propose suggestions to improve the quality of employment services in college students’ perceptions.The last part of the paper analyzes the deficiencies of the research and look forward to the future research.Based on PZB’s SERVQUAL model,the paper studies the employment service quality of local undergraduate universities under the new information environment.it not only develops the theoretical content and application scale of the SERVQUAL model,but also provides a new method for the evaluation of employment in universities and consummates the higher education evaluation system.Therefore,the research on local undergraduate colleges employment service quality in view of the SERVQUAL model has theoretical and practical meaning. |
