Design And Implementation Of Graduate Employment Information Management System Based On J2EE

The rapid development of information technology brings fundamental revolution for university graduates.Through the construction of employment information management system based on the internet can effectively connect the social employment resource with university information platform.It can effectively present the job hunting information of fresh graduates and recruitment information of companies on the network terminal,which is convenient for the fast obtaining of related information,reduction of employment cost and increase of the employment rate.This thesis presents a set of employment information management system faced to the university graduates.It works as follows:Firstly,in the analysis phase of system needs,it can give the business flow chart through the management of employment process.To make sure the operation and data expected results of each functional module,it applies illustration to analyze all the function flow and needs.Secondly,in the design part of system,it shows the system function module division.Static structure model and dynamic structure model of employment information management system are respectively presented by modeling method of class diagram and sequence chart.It builds entity relationship model and designs data chart construction through drawing E-R diagram.The pattern of all the system pages were stated by charts and words based on the interfacial design.It also specifically describes the data input demands and business operation ways of each page control.Thirdly,on the basis of system needs analysis and design,it researches,accomplishes and tests the system codes completely and pointedly.According to the characteristics of system and users,it tests the function one by one.The system that adopts B/S framework realizes the information management of fresh graduates,the recruitment information management of companies,and analysis of large data in former years and so on.The university graduates can get the recruitment information quickly and efficiently and employers can get the job information and job intension by this system.As we can see,this system achieves the network,normalization and systematization of employment management and raises the level of employment management effectively.
