The national plan for medium-and long-term education reform and development(2010-2020)clearly sets the strategic goals for the development of preschool education: "by 2020,one year of preschool education will be universal,two years of basic preschool education will be universal,and three years of preschool education will be universal in regions where conditions allow." Chinese preschool education has ushered in a rapid planning and development of the historical period.Teachers are the premise and condition of kindergarten education quality.As the preparatory force of future kindergarten teachers,the learning ability of GaoZhiYouShiSheng will directly affect the future education quality.China Internet network information center(cnnic)released the 42 nd statistical report on the development of the Internet in China on August 20,2018 in Beijing.The report indicated that by June 30,2018,the number of Internet users in China had reached 802 million,and the number of mobile Internet users in China had reached788 million,and the proportion of Internet users accessing the Internet through mobile phones was up to 98.3%.The popularization of mobile devices and the maturity of digital learning technology provide material conditions for the development of mobile learning and make mobile learning from theory to application.As the product of the combination of mobile communication technology and digital learning technology,mobile learning represents the future of learning mode.The emergence of mobile learning changes people's learning mode,enabling people to learn anytime and anywhere on demand.After understanding,most GaoZhiYouShiSheng have to get your skill certificate program,part of the higher vocational plans to raise GaoZhiYouShiSheng have a degree,but due to the limit of teaching conditions,most of the higher vocational colleges is still a lack of demand for the daily teaching plan,and the guidance of GaoZhiYouShiSheng only stay in oral boot stage,to take effective strategy to promote GaoZhiYouShiSheng in the normal learning task at the same time to raise their awareness of autonomous learning and behavior.As an on-demand learning method,mobile learning is an effective means to achieve independent learning and meet the needs of independent learning.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate the current situation of mobile learning and research on promotion strategies for GaoZhiYouShiSheng.This paper taking GaoZhiYouShiSheng in higher vocational schools as anexample,through the questionnaire investigation,interview investigation method such as investigation of mobile learning in GaoZhiYouShiSheng in vocational colleges,found that higher vocational college GaoZhiYouShiSheng have to develop mobile learning conditions,but mobile learning awareness,knowledge absorption of fragmentation,lack of independent learning ability in the process of mobile learning,information retrieval ability is insufficient and lack of information literacy status;Then,based on the results of the survey,the paper analyzes the five factors that affect the development of mobile learning among GaoZhiYouShiSheng in vocational colleges,including learners,teachers,schools,families and society.Based on the five influencing factors,this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies to promote mobile learning among GaoZhiYouShiSheng in vocational colleges.Learners should cultivate their learning ability,strengthen their awareness of mobile learning,establish the concept of lifelong learning and apply the strategy of "zero deposit and total withdrawal" to realize the systematization of mobile learning knowledge absorption.In terms of ideology,teachers should strengthen the cognition of mobile learning-related concepts and actively carry out mobile learning-assisted classroom teaching practice in action.Schools should increase policy guidance for teachers and students and create a good mobile learning atmosphere.In the aspect of family,it is necessary to strengthen the cognition of mobile learning and allow children to carry out mobile learning within the scope of economic permission.In the social aspect,all functional departments actively invest in the research and development of mobile learning-related resources.Education departments should strengthen the publicity and investment in mobile learning,and the government should create a good social environment.Finally,based on the mobile learning promotion strategy,mobile learning assisted classroom teaching practice is carried out in the teaching of basic computer courses and information literacy and information retrieval courses for GaoZhiYouShiSheng in a vocational college.
