With the advance of the construction of national digital, online courses have been popular in universities, a few years ago, the state strongly support the construction quality of the university network programs to enhance the quality of online teaching.In traditional network teaching platform, the learners can self-select the desired learning content to spend their learning time and learning process, develop communication and collaborative activities. However, in this traditional network learning community, the resulting interaction involved in online learning has its obvious limitations that the exchange between the learners relies on PC terminal desktop.The learning subjects to a fixed location and time constraints,and the scale and efficiency of the network learning would be greatly constrained.Learners is urgently to change the way of study and not subject to the restrictions of time and space to carry out a free interactive learning anytime and anywhere.However, this new way of learning is mobile learning (M-learning). According to the CNNIC29th China Internet Development Statistics Report. The proportion of the users accessing content through mobile Internet is sharply rising.The mobile Internet has shown the importance can’t be ignored. Do the exact opposite is, in addition to some of the major portals, vertical community as well as other commercial sites with huge traffic established sites for mobile phones to access, online courses in universities is very little or almost not started construction work for the mobile Internet,and it does not have the mobile learning support system.Firstly,this study reviews the definition and status of domestic and international mobile learning and mobile learning system, describes the theories of mobile learning and development techniques of mobile learning support system, and compared the relationship of mobile learning and other learning methods.It takes Zhejiang Normal University "Modern Educational Technology" one of national excellent courses for example, and conducts a needs analysis of the mobile learning support system for students of Zhejiang Normal University.Then according to the general features of the mobile learning support system, and the basic functions and features of its existing network teaching platform, it highlight introduces the WAP-based mobile learning support system development process.On this basis, it designs and implements a WAP-based mobile learning support system, and discusses mobile learning mode the system supports.Finally, the system is applied to the Zhejiang Normal University" Modern Educational Technology"course.This study analyzes and summarizes its application effect using methods such as questionnaires and interviews. In addition, it seriously takes an availability analysis for the system.This study sums up three conclusions. Firstly, using this mobile learning support system to carry out mobile learning will help improve students’ interest,help to improve the students’ learning efficiency, and conducive to the conduct of students’ informal learning. At the same time, it will provide a new teaching methods and tools for teachers and schools. Secondly, in the seven dimensions of usability analysis, interface visibility, navigation, control, feedback and error rate design of this mobile learning support system is relatively good, which have been recognized by the majority of users. Thirdly, there are some inadequacies In this study. The design on content and consistency of this mobile learning support system need to be further improved, and we must pay more attention to the design and development of mobile learning resources and mobile learning support services in the follow-up study, to make them widely recognize by users and to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and benefit of mobile learning.Finally, this study looks forward to providing some theoretical and practical guidances for universities to design and develop mobile learning support system, and carry out mobile network education. It wants to enrich and expand the network learning in further and achieve mobile learning in anywhere, anytime.
