This is an important project to win a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and to win the great victory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in a new era.It is also an arduous and glorious mission to realize the great rejuvenation of Chinese Dream by the Chinese nation.School physical education is an important part of national fitness,and it is also an important link to speed up the construction of a powerful sports country.The health level of college students and their physical quality are directly related to the cultivation of the comprehensive ability of successors in the future of our country.Related to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation Chinese Dream's practice.Scientific fitness knowledge,scientific fitness guidance,science Fitness method has gradually become the urgent demand of college students' group fitness.Strength training is the most common exercise content in college students' fitness activities.How to guide college students to carry out daily strength training scientifically,effectively and safely is an urgent problem to be solved.In the past,the research on strength training was basically aimed at the stable interface,and the research on strength training at the unstable interface came into our field of vision due to the extensive application of unstable equipment in the field of sports in recent years.Almost all studies focus on core strength and lower limb strength,and it is rare to conduct strength training in unstable conditions to improve upper limb strength.The purpose of this study and The significance lies in providing some fresh,effective and abundant theoretical basis and means of training for college students in strength training.In this paper,we use the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment,questionnaire,and so on.Mathematical statistics was used to study the changes of muscle strength and its circumference of upper limbs of 30 ordinary male college students in Northeast normal University after strength training under three different stable conditions,and the results were analyzed.Thirty subjects were divided into three groups: Swiss ball group,BOSU ball group and stable interface group.10 people in each group were given strength training for 12 weeks.The results show that:(1)the strength training under three different stable conditions can improve the muscle strength of the upper limbs of ordinary college students obviously,and the unstable two groups have two effects on the flexion and extension of the arm and the grip force of the parallel bars.The effect of the items was better than that of the stable interface group.The effect of unstable Swiss ball group was better than that of unstable BOSU ball group and stable interface group in the two indexes of push-up maximum strength and exhaustive push-up.(2)push-up strength training under unstable conditions has a significant effect on raising the forearm circumference of ordinary college students,but there is no significant difference among the three groups in the index of solid ball before sitting.There was no significant effect on the improvement of upper arm circumference index with emphasis on the degree of biceps brachii development.Based on the systematic analysis of the experimental results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)during the training of upper limb strength under unstable conditions,the deep-seated small muscle group was fully mobilized to participate in the work,enhanced the synergetic effect between the muscles,promoted the body's proprioceptive feeling,flexed and stretched the parallel bars,and held strength.Forearm circumference,an indicator of the development of small muscle groups,plays a significant role in unstable interfaces.There is no obvious effect on the index which requires the combination of strength and speed to push the solid ball before sitting position.(2)the strength training of push-ups at the interface of unstable Swiss ball,because of its poor stability,enhances the ability of participating in nerve-muscle system,and has obvious effect on push-ups and exhaustive push-ups.The stability of the unstable BOSU ball interface is better than that of the Swiss ball,and it is easier to adapt to the muscle in training.Although it has influence on the two indexes,there is no obvious difference between the two indexes.
