Objective: Children ’s health has become one of the issues that people pay attention to.The level of health fitness is closely related to children ’s future health status.By constructing children ’s health fitness standards,on the one hand,it can reflect children’s health level,on the other hand,it provides scientific guidance for improving children’s health level.At present,domestic research on children ’s health fitness has achieved certain results,but most of them focus on the impact of different training contents on health fitness,and few of them study the health fitness evaluation system.Based on this situation,this paper constructs a health fitness evaluation system for children aged 6-8years old.With reference to the current international classification,the evaluation system of health fitness for children aged 6-8 years old is established based on the principles of scientificity,feasibility and objectivity,so as to provide theoretical and methodological support for fully understanding the level of children ’s health fitness.Methods: In this paper,the construction of cardiopulmonary fitness,body composition,muscle fitness and flexibility fitness test index system for children aged6-8 years old was preliminarily determined by using the methods of literature,Delphi,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics.The test data were statistically optimized to obtain the index system of different genders aged 6-8 years.The AHP method is used to calculate the weight of the first-level index,and the weight of the second-level index is calculated for the second-level index optimized by statistics.Through the percentile method,P10,P35,P65,P90,the scoring criteria of each individual index are obtained,and then the comprehensive scoring table is constructed.After scoring the measured data individually,the health fitness of children in Aerospace210 primary school was comprehensively evaluated.Statistical result:Crding to the evaluation index and comprehensive evaluation,the weight of the health fitness evaluation index of 6-8 years old children is calculated.The weights of the first-level indicators of cardiopulmonary fitness,body composition,muscle fitness,and flexibility fitness were 0.4327,0.0891,0.2391,and 0.2391,respectively;the weight of each secondary index of healthy physical fitness of children aged 6-8 years old(male),vital capacity(0.2683),vital capacity / body weight(0.1644),body weight(0.0445),body fat(0.0178),skeletal muscle(0.0160),Quetelet index(0.0108),50-meter run(0.0717),one-minute rope skipping(0.1124),one-minute sit-ups(0.0550),and sit-and-reach(0.2391);The weight of each secondary index of healthy physical fitness of children aged 6-8 years old(female): vital capacity(0.2639),vital capacity/ weight(0.1688),weight(0.0508),height(0.0151),BMI(0.0116),Quetelet index(0.0116),50-meter run(0.1028),one-minute rope skipping(0.0765),one-minute sit-ups(0.0598),and sit-and-reach(0.2391).Research conclusion :1、Ealuation indexes of healthy physical fitness of school-age children aged 1,6-8 years include 4 first-level indexes of cardiopulmonary fitness,body composition,muscle fitness and flexibility fitness,and 10 second-level indexes of men : vital capacity,vital capacity / body weight,body weight,body fat,skeletal muscle,Quetelet index,50-meter run,one-minute skipping,one-minute sit-ups,sit-and-reach;ten women ’s secondary indicators : vital capacity,vital capacity / weight,height,weight,BMI,Quetelet index,50-meter run,one-minute rope skipping,one-minute sit-ups,and sit-and-reach.It provides a practical scheme for the evaluation of health fitness of children aged 6-8 years old.2、Through the construction of 6-8 years old school-age children ’s health fitness evaluation index,210 primary school 12 grade students were comprehensively evaluated.The health fitness status of 12 grade students was at the level of moderate health fitness,and there was no significant difference in the level of health fitness between children of different genders.Students who need to pay attention to and improve their health fitness level are the focus of teachers ’ intervention and health promotion in the next stage.Because the evaluation and intervention mechanism of health fitness in the later stage is not yet perfect,a scientific and long-term campus monitoring,evaluation and intervention mechanism should be established.Deepen students ’ health fitness to promote awareness and create a healthy social environment;change the traditional concept of family health,so that children learn from the family positive health movement of self-confidence. |
