Children in early childhood, whether in society or family, have paid great attention. In material life, almost everything.Early childhood is the first important period of physical development.Poor eating habits and the intake of various fast food foods can seriously threaten the physical development of young children.Coupled with modern mobile phones, tablets appear; The proliferation of game software;Children spend a lot of time on video games.Children take part in physical activities time is shrinking, leading to the function of the body of 5 to 6 years old children have serious landslides, body shape function such as physical quality, low energy, symptoms such as obesity, threatens the healthy development of children's body.Well known: young children in the basis of the growth and development period, the period of 5 to 6 years old children of body shape function index: heart rate, vital capacity, height, weight and BMI status has the key for the healthy development of children's life. This paper studies from the Angle of swimming. The study subjects were partial morphological function indexes of 5-6 year olds, and the methods of literature, experiment, test, mathematical statistics and logical analysis were used. The influence of swimming intervention on some morphological function indexes of children aged 5 to 6 and their influence and enlightenment were discussed. To provide reference data for future development of children's swimming.Research findings:1.After 12 weeks of intervention, the average heart rate of the experimental group was significantly different from that of the control group,i.e.,the average heart rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group. In the experimental group, the heart rate was decreased by 6.92%.2.After 12 weeks of intervention, the average lung capacity of the experimental group was significantly different from that of the control group,i.e.,the average lung capacity of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. The experimental group showed a 13.74% increase in lung capacity.3.After 12 weeks of intervention, the average height, weight and BMI of the experimental group showed no significant difference compared with the control group.Experimental group average weight and BMI index compared with the former test after test is on the decline, and the control group on average weight and BMI is on the rise, the experimental group after the average height measurement compared with before the test is on the rise; From the experimental data,it was found that the height of the experimental group was smaller than that of weight loss, which led to a decrease in BMI,and the weight loss in the control group was larger than that of height, which led to the increase of BMI.Conclusion: the 12-week swimming exercise had a significant effect on the heart rate and lung capacity of children aged 5 to 6 years. The effect on height, weight and BMI was not obvious.Through data analysis and prediction,long-term adherence to swimming exercise has a significant effect on body weight, height and BMI.Therefore, children should be strengthened in swimming sports activities. The corresponding swimming lessons in kindergartens will enable children to exercise and promote the coordinated development of body morphology.Promote the popularization of swimming in early childhood.
