Survey Of Urban High School Students Group Consciousness Of The Rule Of Law And Education Countermeasures Research

The current rule of law in the country requires the whole society to establish a sense of the rule of law.Teenagers are the force of the socialist rule of law.Improving their legal awareness level is not only beneficial to cultivating talent,but also to promote the rule of law nation-building.Because of the high level of openness and economic development in city,there are different forms of the rule of law consciousness education.In urban high school students as a study group to explore a more diverse education and practical ways and to improve the rule of law school student groups level of consciousness.The main content of the rule of law,including legal authority consciousness,program awareness,equal rights awareness,awareness of rights and obligations,democratic participation awareness.Through questionnaires and individual interviews,we found that urban population of high school students have good learning ability of legal knowledge,but the legal authority sexual identity is not high;the program awareness is not strong,vulnerable to the impact of herd mentality;They have strong sense of equality,but they hold a negative attitude equality of legal protection;They have a strong self-awareness of their rights,but there is unhealthy expansion of consciousness;They have strong democratic participation awareness,but it will be restricted entrance exam pressure.The analysis shows that family education,school education,social education and national legal education is an important factor.Parents are have higher education levels,but they do not take the rule of law education;The school education contains knowledge of law,but the methods and means are single;Social education have various forms,but the it is lack of positive social education;Publicity pays attention to youth groups,but it has little propaganda effect.We should play a leading role in the ideological and political class as a starting point,attach importance to student extracurricular subjectivity,strengthen school management rule of law,improve family education consistency and complementary with school education,give full play to the positive role of social education,and strive to explore educational countermeasures more targeted and practical.This paper aims to current situation of rule of law awareness of urban high school students,in-depth study the existing legal awareness education measures to break the existing bottleneck,and concerted efforts of family education,school education,and the social education to further enhance the rule of law awareness level of urban school students,develop the socialist legal construction personnel finally.
