| Nowadays,information technology has become an indispensable part of our life.With the adoption of information technology in education,educational informationization has gradually extended to vocational schools.Information technology is urgent for class management at this stage,but the informationization management in vocational schools is still in its infancy.It is necessary to further effectively manage the class affairs of vocational schools,promote the individual development,optimize the management level and inspire teachers’ working enthusiasm,making the informationization management more effective and scientific in vocational schools.The subject of class informationization management in vocational schools is selected.Take the A Nursing School of Guizhou Province as an Example.With a thorough investigation into the school-level informationization management,the research conducts a survey of the school-level informationization management from the perspectives of the school running orientation,the current situation of teachers and the students.First of all,combined with the main methods and contents of the school class informationization management,the student and teacher questionnaires are drawn up from the dimensions of understandings,feelings,needs,status quo and effectiveness of the class informationization management.Secondly,investigate the underlying causes through an analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey of the informationization management from the teachers and students.Thirdly,draw up the interview outlines for students and teachers through the focus of the questionnaire survey,select school leaders,class teachers,teachers,information technology technicians,and students for interviews,and summarize the interview results find out the reasons.Countermeasures for informationization management are proposed on the basis of the dilemma of the practical application of class informationization management and the causes through a thorough analysis of the survey results combined with the start-up--application--improvement process in the class information management of A Nursing School of Guizhou Province.This paper aims to find out the advantages of class informationization management in vocational schools and analyze the positive and negative influences of class informationization management in vocational schools so as to coordinate the traditional class management mode of vocational schools with the class informationization management to the maximum,which will reduce the workload of the class teachers,relieve the pressure of student management work and promote the growth of students in vocational schools. |
