Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Modern Distance Education For Adults In China From The Perspective Of Educational Communication

According to the overall development status and situation of higher education worldwide,diversification has become an objective law of development.The basis for the further development and popularization of higher education is the coordinated development of various educational modes and types.With the continuous development of information technology,a new education mode,modern distance education,has gradually emerged.It is also one of the important ways to build people's lifelong learning habits under the background of the knowledge economy.This research takes the adult Modern Distance Education in the new period as the main content of the research.It mainly uses questionnaire survey and comparative analysis to start with the problems found in the development of adult modern distance education and the actual situation of its development.It combines the analysis of a large number of data and the concrete practical basis,and takes the perspective of educational communication as the starting point.In order to put forward suggestions for further development,this paper reviews the current situation of adult Modern Distance Education in China.Firstly,the paper elaborates the relevant research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research review,research content and methods,related concepts and theoretical basis.Then it analyses the current situation of adult Modern Distance Education in China,sums up the existing problems of adult Modern Distance Education in China,and carries on the reason analysis.On this basis,it puts forward suggestions to promote the development of adult Modern Distance Education in China.Finally,the paper takes Shaanxi Radio and Television University as an example to analyze the satisfaction and successful experience of the dissemination effect of Modern Distance Education in Shaanxi Radio and Television University.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: Firstly,the main problems of adult Modern Distance Education in China are summarized,that is,the experience of modern distance education communication in Shaanxi Radio and Television University is mainly to run schools on demand,adhere to characteristics,standardize management,improve quality,deepen reform,optimize the environment,and attach importance to team,teaching and management progress together.the role of educational media is limited,the basic elements of educational communication system are not perfect,the information exchange in educational communication activities has certain obstacles,and the modern distance from the perspective of educational equity.Adult education has encountered difficulties.Secondly,the suggestions for the development of modern distance education for adults in China based on educational communication mainly include giving full play to the effectiveness of the media of modern distance education for adults,perfecting the basic elements of the communication of modern distance education for adults,guaranteeing the unimpeded two-way interactive process of information dissemination in modern distance education for adults,and determining the government's role orientation in promoting the development of distance education.
