To put into practice the Modern distance education project of countryside middle and primary schools is a strategy measures that accelerating the greatly development of village education and a key way that solving a series of problem which deficiency educational sources, insufficient teacher and bad educational quality. To carry out modern distance education project enhancing the improvement of middle and primary schools in western rural area.
