In recent years,with the reformation of education policy,demographic dividend of a second child policy,it makes education and training industry develop fast,more competition is in this period.If someone wants to get the top in sustainable education and training industry,Talent development and Key Performance Index are the basic premise.Lanzhou New Oriental is the 38th branch school in New Oriental.Although it is the top training school,it still faces challenge to development and performance pressure.In order to encourage the result-oriented and objective conscious,Lanzhou New Oriental brought in Key Performance Index when it was built,but with the development of this school,there are many problems in Key Performance Index,we have to optimize it,to enable all of the managers can improve their labor ability,reserve management talents to meet market changes and challenges.Taking Lanzhou new Oriental business management as the main object of study,through literature research,questionnaire and case study,getting to know the Key Performance Index system of Lanzhou new Oriental business management about the performance appraisal process,put forward the new system of Key Performance Index.This scheme has certain reference significance and value for the long-term business development of Lanzhou new Oriental and similar training schools.
