In recent years,with the solid advancement of vocational education reform,the exploration and innovation in the field of class management continue to deepen.Under the guidance of the concept of class management education,which emphasizes standardized science and independent personality,the flexible and varied enterprise-like management mode has been put into practice in more and more schools.The 5S management mode,which started in Japan,is applied to the class management of secondary vocational school.It fits well with the current situation of running a school in secondary vocational school and serves the management goal and the requirement of talent training.Compared with the traditional class management mode,the 5s-oriented organization structure is rigorous,the degree of refinement is high,the supervision and inspection is more direct,and to some extent,it is more advantageous.The participation of students in independent management is also more convenient for teachers to take targeted education guidance to provide good support for the development of personality and the implementation of teaching in accordance with their aptitude.This study adopts the method of literature research,investigation and so on,taking the secondary Department of C Vocational College as an example,analyzes the present situation of class 5S management in middle vocational schools,and finds out that there are some problems to be changed,realistic measures to be perfected,environmental support to be strengthened,and so on,and from schools and Teachers and families interpret the causes of the above problems.On the basis of this,the concrete countermeasures are put forward: first,through innovating the concept of school management,leading teachers to self-recognition,strengthening cultural public opinion to guide the realization of scientific guidance,change the concept of understanding,second,through the improvement of management rules,clear management objectives,rich management content,innovative management methods,consolidate the management of organizational Foundation to achieve a based reality Change the idea of implementation,third,through the improvement of the management system,strengthen organizational security,the construction of education efforts to achieve enhanced protection,improve environmental support.
