| As a new teaching model,flipped classroom gradually adapts to the social development and students’ needs,and meets the personalized and independent learning needs of students in the information age as well as the needs of effective interaction between teachers,students and students.It is of great significance to expand the knowledge structure of students in higher vocational colleges and improve their learning autonomy.Flipped classroom teaching is a beneficial supplement to the current ideological and political course teaching research,and will also provide a beneficial reference for the first-line ideological and political course teachers in higher vocational colleges.On the basis of analyzing the theory and research status of flipped classroom,this paper,combined with the teaching practice of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges,discusses the teaching design and implementation of flipped classroom of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges from two aspects of pre-class learning and classroom activities.This study is divided into four parts:The first part:Theoretical basis and practical needs of flipped classroom teaching of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.On the basis of full analysis and research data,this part firstly to flip the elaborates the theoretical basis of classroom teaching,the theory of constructivism,blended learning theory,learning pyramid theory respectively the meaning construction embodies the student active learning,online video learning with face-to-face teaching fusion,by setting up for class activities to guide students’ active learning knowledge internalization of students;Then,based on the current situation of higher vocational personnel training and the innovation of educational information means in the new era,it is discussed that deepening the flipped classroom teaching mode of ideological and political course is the practical demand for improving the effectiveness of ideological and political course teaching and the practical demand for the development of information technology.In addition,the core components of flipped teaching are analyzed from the seven elements of pre-class learning,learning guide task list,teaching micro video,online learning,platform communication and feedback,independent inquiry,cooperative discussion,individual guidance and achievement display in classroom teaching activities.The second part:The teaching design of flipped classroom of ideological and political course in higher vocational colleges.Based on the teaching of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges,the specific teaching design of flipped classroom in ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis is carried out based on three teaching design principles,namely,the combination of general q&a and individual guidance,the unity of imparting knowledge and cultivating ability,and the orientation of innovative learning form.According to flip the core class in this chapter,mainly from the study of learning task list before class,teaching video,online practice communication and feedback,platform design and independent inquiry,cooperation,discusses design of classroom activities,individual instruction design,results,display design,etc,a complete design,provide a basis for the later teaching.The third part:Implementation of flipped classroom in ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.Taking the first chapter of ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis,"the question of youth in life",as an example,flipped classroom teaching was implemented from three aspects,namely micro-video learning,homework and feedback,and classroom activity demonstration.Firstly,in terms of the learning process of pre-class micro video,students should build a good micro-video learning environment,reasonably arrange the learning time before class,and closely integrate with textbooks to carry out pre-class learning.Secondly,it demonstrates the specific teaching process from the two aspects of students’ online practice homework processing and how to effectively communicate with the platform.Finally,in the classroom activity display link,carries on the teaching activity to the independent inquiry,the cooperation discussion,the individual instruction,the achievement display link orderly.The fourth part:Problems to be noticed in flipped classroom teaching of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.First,in the pre-class learning process of flipped classroom of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges,teachers should pay attention to the selection of teaching resources,avoid the problem of heavy burden on teachers and students,and pay attention to the improvement of students’ consciousness of pre-class learning.Secondly,in the link of classroom activities,attention should be paid to the design of teaching activities to reflect the training objectives of craftsman talents in large countries,and to improve the effectiveness of the link of classroom discussions. |
