The Group’s Gymnastics In The University Of Xianyang Carry Out The Present Situation Research

Group gymnastics originated in Europe,usually performed at the opening ceremony of large-scale games,was introduced into the campus later,became an important part of campus sports.Nowadays,colleges and universities have set up a good platform for the development of group gymnastics activities,and group gymnastics activities have become the "label" of all kinds of celebration activities in colleges and universities.Through the investigation and research on the present situation of group gymnastics activities in Xianyang universities,the advantages and disadvantages of group gymnastics activities in Xianyang city are found out,and constructive suggestions are put forward to provide theoretical basis for the development of group gymnastics activities in Xianyang colleges and universities in the future.This paper uses the methods of literature,field investigation,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to investigate and analyze the present situation of group gymnastics in colleges and universities in Xianyang City.It is concluded that group gymnastics activities started earlier in Xianyang ordinary colleges and universities,and 13 colleges and universities all carried out group gymnastics activities,but at present,the development of group gymnastics is polarizing and unbalanced,among which undergraduate colleges and universities are better than colleges and universities.Xianyang normal University is the best university to carry out group gymnastics activities.Only 6 colleges and universities in Xianyang City carry out group gymnastics courses,one of which carries out compulsory courses for physical education majors.There are teaching materials designated by the Ministry of Education,the remaining 5 colleges and universities are elective courses,but there are still 7 colleges and universities have not carried out group gymnastics courses;teachers are the cornerstone of group gymnastics activities,Xianyang colleges and universities lack of teachers,professional ability needs to be improved.The age distribution of teachers is uneven,there are young teachers in some schools do not have middle-aged teachers,or middle-aged teachers are the majority,lack of young teachers;The incentive policy for students to participate in group gymnastics activities is small,a small number of university training teachers have subsidies,and most college teachers do not have any subsidies,which leads to the low enthusiasm of teachers and students to participate in group gymnastics activities.The form of group gymnastics,the place of participation,the structure of the performance.In the past three years,the number of group gymnastics activities in colleges and universities is relatively small,and the leaders lack of attention to the group gymnastics activities,and most of the leaders do not support or object to the group gymnastics activities.According to the above conclusions,some reasonable suggestions are put forward: colleges and universities should actively study from other brotherly colleges and universities,strengthen the development of group gymnastics activities from all aspects,and break the situation of polarization of group gymnastics activities in colleges and universities;Set up group gymnastics course,combine theory with practice,let students have a comprehensive understanding of group gymnastics activities,reduce the teaching pressure of training teachers;To improve the professional literacy of teachers,enrich the strength of college teachers,send group gymnastics teachers to actively participate in training,expand thinking,accept new things from the outside world,inject fresh blood into the innovative development of group gymnastics activities,and distribute teachers of different ages reasonably.At the same time,strengthen the bone of group gymnastics students.The cultivation of sense promotes the development of group gymnastics,increases the subsidy of teachers and students who participate in group gymnastics,especially in colleges and universities,and adds corresponding encouragement policies to improve the enthusiasm of teachers and students to participate in group gymnastics.Enrich the development form,place and structure type of group gymnastics activities,and increase the number of group gymnastics activities carried out in colleges and universities;Strengthen the attention of leaders,strengthen the investment of funds,and actively promote group gymnastics activities,establish a live broadcast platform,through more media dissemination of group gymnastics activities,improve the popularity of group gymnastics activities.
