Research On The Integration Mechanism Of Production And Education In The Transformation And Development Of Local Undergraduate Universities

Driven by the urgent need of social and economic development and the national macro-policy of education,the transformation has become the way out for the reform and development of local universities.Among them,the integration of production and education is an important way to realize the transformation of local universities.To strengthen the research on the integration mechanism of industry and education in the transformation and development of local undergraduate colleges and universities,on the one hand,is conducive to solving the current problems and puzzles in the process of integration of industry and education in local undergraduate colleges and universities;on the other hand,it can provide some guidance suggestions for the practice of transformation and development of local undergraduate colleges and universities.This paper uses the method of literature research to clarify the core concepts of "local undergraduate universities" and "integration of industry and education",and under the guidance of synergy theory and integration theory of industry and education,makes a theoretical analysis of integration of industry and education,and clarifies why it is integrated.Next,through the analysis of the system and system of the integration of industry and education,the connotation of the mechanism of integration of industry and education is clarified,that is,the process of mutual restriction and connection between the internal relations and external environment of cooperation among local undergraduate universities,enterprises,governments and industry organizations to ensure the realization of common goals.By sorting out the main bodies of the integration of industry and education,it is clear that under the impetus of reality,the main bodies take the training of applied talents as their common interests.The integration of industry and education in the transformation and development of local undergraduate colleges and universities can be divided into two mechanisms according to different subjects: the integration of industry and education with local undergraduate universities and enterprises as the main body,and the integration of industry and education with government and industry organizations as the main body.The content of education and industry integration education mechanism includes education motivation mechanism,education implementation mechanism,education coordination mechanism and education restriction mechanism.The content of the mechanism of integration of industry and education mainly includes system guarantee,economic guarantee and organizational guarantee.Based on an in-depth analysis of the integration of industry and education in the transformation and development of Guangxi University of Science and Technology,and the viewpoints of other scholars,this study holds that the problems of the integration mechanism of industry and education in the transformation and development of local undergraduate universities are as follows: The integration of production and education in local universities is not effective,lack of relevant enforcement agencies,education ability is not strong,limited institutional norms;Enterprise production and education integration education power play insufficient,the interests of enterprises are damaged and the participation enthusiasm is not high;In addition,the government’s integration of industry and education system security measures need to be improved,economic security needs to be strengthened,the security system needs to be built;industry organizations lack guidance capacity for integration of industry and education.Taking the problem as the orientation,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the integration mechanism of industry and education in the transformation and development of local undergraduate colleges and universities.In order to improve the production and education integration education mechanism,universities and enterprises,as the main body of education,should strengthen the construction of dynamic mechanism among the main bodies、deepen the inter-subject education connotation construction、explore ways to build a coordination mechanism among the main bodies、attention should be paid to the construction of restriction mechanism among subjects.And the guarantee mechanism of the integration of industry and education,through policy support,economic support,organization and management,government and industry organizations can play a protective role.A systematic study of the integration mechanism of industry and education in the transformation and development of local undergraduate universities will enrich the theoretical system of integration of industry and education and provide useful reference for relevant practice.There are still some deficiencies in this study,such as the lack of in-depth theoretical research on the integration of industry and education,the lack of a wide range of research,and the appropriateness of countermeasures to be discussed.This will be the direction of my future efforts.
