Under the strategic guidance of "Entrepreneurship,Enriching the People,Innovating a Strong Province" in Zhejiang Province,in order to meet the needs of the economic and social development for the entrepreneurial talents,universities and colleges have made great efforts to develop entrepreneurship education.Local undergraduate colleges are the talent transportation storehouse for the regional development;however,there are still some problems in the process of cultivating innovative talents,such as the unclear orientation of entrepreneurial talents,the unreasonable setting of innovative courses,the lack of integration with local realities,and the insufficient reserve of innovative entreprehensive teachers.Taking Ningbo as an example,this paper lays the theoretical foundation for the study from the perspective of Man’s all-round development theory,synergy theory and system theory,selects the teachers and students of Ningbo University,Zhejiang Wanli University and Ningbo University Technology,and makes a questionnaire survey and in-depth interview on the present situation of the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents in Ningbo Undergraduate College.According to the characteristics of local undergraduate colleges and universities to analyze the problems and the reasons,the author puts forward some suggestions for the training mechanism of entrepreneurial talents.Through questionnaires and interviews,the following problems are highlighted: First,the shortage of curriculum resources,content deviation,and the single teaching method;Second,the lack of teacher motivation,low training quality and insufficient student initiative;Thirdly,the outdated evaluation system and communication feedback is timely;Fourthly,smoothness and depth are not enough.In view of the existing problems,according to the synergy theory and system theory,the attribution analysis is carried out in two aspects,the internal factors such as schools,teachers,students and other external factors such as government,society and individuals.On the basis of finding out the problems and analyzing the reasons,this paper supplements and proposes the following methods to improve the deficiencies in the training mechanism of entrepreneurial talents in local universities and colleges: the first is the dynamic mechanism which includes teachers,students and community.The second is the coordination mechanism,which includes external synergy and internal synergy;The third is the integration mechanism,including the further fusion of the internal resources and external resources.And the last one is the evaluation mechanism,including the evaluation level and the communication level update.This study provides some ideas for the improvement of the training mechanism of entrepreneurial talents in local universities.
