Teachers’ teaching decision-making is a problem that every teacher has to face.Effective classroom teaching depends on effective teaching decision-making.Teachers’ teaching decision-making is a systematic process,which covers three links: pre-class,in-class and after-class.The decision-making items include not only the setting of teaching objectives,the selection of teaching contents,the selection of teaching methods and the selection of teaching evaluation methods,It also includes the teaching plan real-time teaching adjustment,classroom dynamic generation decision-making.This paper discusses the teaching decision-making practice of history teachers in senior high school by taking compulsory one(people’s version)three teaching as an example to discuss and study the teaching decision-making practice of high school history teachers.The full text is divided into the following five parts:The first part is the preface,the main content is the reason of the topic selection,the significance of the topic,the domestic and foreign research status,the theoretical basis of this research topic and the definition of related concepts.The curriculum reform and development of history discipline in senior high school has given history teachers a lot of room for independent decision-making,so history teachers should strengthen the consciousness and practice of teaching decision-making.According to the opinions of experts and scholars and their own understanding,the author defines the concepts of "decision-making" and "teaching decision-making" by sorting out the domestic and foreign research documents on teaching decision-making.At the same time,it distinguishes the concepts of "teaching decision" and "teaching design",so that history teachers can distinguish teaching decision and teaching better.Differences in design.Theauthor chooses to carry on the research to the senior high school history teacher’s teaching decision-making practice,not only expects to provide the new teaching decision-making thought for the high school history curriculum reform under the background of cultivating the history core accomplishment.At the same time,we also hope to deepen our understanding of history teaching and improve the ability of history teaching decision-making through the study of high school history teachers’ teaching decision-making practice.The second part is the investigation and analysis of senior high school history teachers’ teaching decision-making consciousness and practice.The author carefully designed the questions and made a questionnaire to investigate the teaching decision-making consciousness and the teaching decision-making practice of senior high school history teachers,and through the analysis of the results of the investigation,This paper combs the shortcomings and problems existing in the teaching decision-making of senior high school history teachers,and on the basis of this,puts forward a solution framework for the existing problems in combination with other elements.In the third and fourth parts,the author tries to analyze the factors that influence the teaching decision-making of senior high school history teachers,and sums up the principles and characteristics of the teaching decision-making of history teachers.The factors that affect teachers’ teaching decision-making include both objective and subjective factors,especially the teachers’ own factors,which have far-reaching influence on teachers’ teaching decision-making and teaching practice.The scientific principle,the ethical principle and the feasibility principle are the three principles that teachers should follow in teaching decision-making.The teachers’ teaching decision-making has the characteristics of production,openness,coordination,predictability and so on.The fifth part is about the high school history teacher classroom teaching decision-making optimization strategy.On the basis of the above analysis,the author puts forward the optimization conditions and countermeasures for the senior high school history teaching decision-making,combining with the requirements of the curriculum standard of the history discipline and its own classroom teaching and teaching practice.In order to improve the teaching decision-making ability of history teachers,relevant departments and schools need to give teachers certain decision-making space,establish an effective school-based teaching decision-making mechanism,and effectively awaken teachers’ willingness to maketeaching decision-making practice.On this basis,we should strengthen teachers’ teaching practice ability,improve teachers’ professional level,and strengthen school history teaching and research group "collective study course".",teachers can effectively improve the level of teaching decision-making.The sixth part is the summary of the research,which is a brief summary of the contents and the self-reflection on the completion of this paper. |
