From the 1 edition of the "double base" to the 2 edition of the three dimensional target and then to the 3 edition of "core literacy",the society constantly put forward higher requirements for the quality of teachers.By studying the teachers of Wang Xiong and Chen Guobing in Jiangsu Province,we find that they are especially concerned about their students,high sense of responsibility and advanced educational concepts.Meanwhile,they have solid professional knowledge and excellent teaching and research level.The article reveals the common ways of the growth of two special-grade teachers: reading,thinking,innovation and sharing.Combined with the growth of two super teachers,the article points out that different growth environment can't decide teachers' achievements,the key is their own efforts,and how to read,how to teach,how to educate and how to research,etc. |
