Radio and TV University is a national-wide distance education system,which is composed of Central Radio and TV University,Provincial Radio and TV University,prefecture-level Radio and TV University,county(district)-level Radio and TV University branch and workstations(hereinafter referred to as Radio and TV University).Although RTVU has made great contributions in improving the quality of national science and culture and promoting the innovation and reform of higher education,the population structure of our country has changed greatly in the past decade,which has indirectly led to the junior high school.There is a steady decline in students in schools such as high schools.At the same time,after 2009,the enrollment of higher vocational colleges and undergraduate colleges in China has been continuously expanded,and all kinds of private non-academic colleges and universities with high private non-academic qualifications The development of educational institutions,as well as the mutual influence of multiple objective factors such as the construction of teachers,curriculum design,educational methods and students’ comprehensive abilities of RTVU by the public,have led to a decrease in the number of students in RTVU at the county(district)level year by year.Admissions are difficult to wait for.In order to change the enrollment situation and improve the quality of running schools at the county(district)level TV and TV universities,the State Council has successively promulgated the decision of the State Council on vigorously promoting the Reform and Development of Vocational Education.A series of policies,such as the Action Plan for the Revitalization of Education in the 21 st Centuryand the outline of the National medium-and long-term Educational Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020).At the same time,each county(district)level TV universities also give full play to their own school-running characteristics and advantages,carried out a series of reforms,exploration and innovation,constantly scientifically design courses,promote teaching methods,optimize school-running mode.For example: increasing the full-time secondary vocational school model,developing distance education and Community education,etc.Among them: "Secondary Vocational Education-through-train"(that is,linking education between RTVU self-run full-time secondary vocational school and RTVU Open Education College(RTVU)is the purpose of RTVU in the highly competitive education market.In order to solve the bottleneck of development,the strategy of training talents plays a very important role in the sustainable development of RTVU at county(district)level.The author finds through the literature research,at present very few domestic scholars have carried on the systematic research to the "secondary vocational education-college through train" talent training,only individual scholars have carried on the preliminary investigation to this model.The related achievements are not enough to fully analyze the current situation and problems of its development,and no systematic countermeasures or suggestions have been put forward.Therefore,using the methods of literature research,questionnaire investigation,interview and so on,this paper makes a thorough investigation on the training of through-train talents in RTVU.The author takes Guangzhou District A Radio and TV University as a case,through a questionnaire survey of students,teachers,and in-depth interviews with teachers and human resources personnel of enterprises,it is found that the training of "through-train" talents in RTVU "secondary vocational-college through-train" still exists.A lot of questions.The problems can be classified into the following four dimensions: one is based on the recruitment publicity work generated problems.The specific performance is the unreasonable distribution of enrollment channels,propaganda content is not in place.The second is based on the professional set-up of the problem.Specific performance for the professional setting point ofdeparture is too one-sided,lack of careful investigation.The third is based on the problems of curriculum construction and implementation.The specific performance is the high rate of curriculum repetition,the fault of teaching plan,the inflexibility of teaching method,and the low rate of practice and so on.The fourth is the problem based on the construction of teachers.The concrete performance is that teachers’ teaching levels are confused,teachers’ structure is unreasonable,and their academic qualifications are at the same time.The question of being on the low side.On the basis of objective description and reasonable attribution of all kinds of problems,the author puts forward some suggestions on promoting enrollment,optimizing specialty setting,strengthening curriculum construction,optimizing teaching organization and strengthening the construction of teachers’ team.This study can provide suggestions for improving the current "through-train" personnel training of RTVU in area A,and also provide relevant suggestions for other county(district)level RTVU to carry out this mode. |
