The Research On Visual Representation Of Declarative Knowledge

This paper is a response to the demand of knowledge visualization representation in the background of visual culture era,especially how to properly analyze and design visual representation of different types of knowledge,focusing on the mechanism and strategy of visual representation of declarative knowledge,mainly constructs the method and design framework of visual representation of declarative knowledge from the perspectives of psychology,semiotics and communication,in order to provide reference for visual instructional design of declarative knowledge or visual representation design of related resources.This study is based on literature analysis,firstly,the related research on knowledge classification,visualization concept,framework,declarative knowledge teaching,visual representation of declarative knowledge and visual representation design of resources are sorted out,analying the enlightenment of the relevant theories in psychology,semiotics and communication to the selection of this research perspective.That is,knowledge visual representation design should be based on knowledge psychological representation,knowledge visual representation is a two-way interactive communication process,the research on visual representation of knowledge should involve the relationship of expression,cognition and reference between designer,learner,teaching content and visual representation.Secondly,the triple structure,utility realization and virtual form of visual symbols are analyzed,the essential connotation of visual representation is deconstructed,and the visual representation mechanism of declarative knowledge is analyzed,it holds that factual and conceptual knowledge is represented by "meaning" + "hierarchical structure of meaning",principle and regularity knowledge is represented by "meaning" + "hierarchical structure of meaning" + "network structure of knowledge","representation" lies in the middle of representation,and "schema script,series organization" is an important link of representation.Based on this,three visual representation strategies are put forward,which are appropriate envelope combination symbolic form,highlighting knowledge level and network structure,and stimulating and strengthening information processing and memory.Then,on the basis of the visual representation mechanism of declarative knowledge,a series of methods of data,simile,group and fact relation under the type of factual knowledge are analyzed by case study,a series of methods of comparison,conceptual relation and art under conceptual knowledge type,a series of conceptual network,situational and metaphorical approaches under principle or theoretical knowledge types,and formula method,table method,memory formula sequence representation method and structure sketch method under regular knowledge type,total 75 methods,the "periodic table of declarative knowledge visualization method " is integrated and constructed with the help of the structure of the periodic table of visualization method,and the framework of visual representation of declarative knowledge is analyzed and constructed from three levels.Finally,the conceptual knowledge related to "Macro Elements and Micro Particle" of Grade Three Chemistry of PEP was selected to design and implement visual representation of microlessons,the applicability of visual representation design in micro-classes was investigated by interview method to preliminarily test the effectiveness of visual representation design.
