| Employment is the fundamental premise of serving the society,creating value,self-realization and guaranteeing the quality of life.If there is no occupation,it will not only affect the development of the individual,but also affect the harmony and stability of the family and society.According to statistics,since 2000,the number of applicants in China’s colleges and universities has increased by 11.58% annually,and the number of admissions has increased by 23.75% annually.By 2017,the number of higher education students in the country has reached 37.79 million,ranking first in the world;the enrollment rate of higher education has reached 45.7%,higher than the international average.At present,the global economic situation is still grim and the unemployment rate of all countries is rising.The employment problem in China has generally eased.However,as China is in a period of economic transition,the population base is large,and there are structural contradictions in labor supply and demand.Relatively surplus state,however,in recent years,China’s high correction is at the peak of the number of graduates.It is obvious that the employment pressure increases with each other,so every college graduate faces the potential risk of graduation and unemployment.This study takes the employment anxiety of college graduates as a research question,and uses social work case intervention and group work intervention methods to study the current situation,causes and effects of graduate employment anxiety,and explore effective ways to solve or alleviate the impact of employment anxiety.Based on the questionnaire survey to understand the employment anxiety of college graduates,the group’s work will improve the participation of graduates,ease the state of psychological anxiety,and plan for their future employment,and provideguidance for their employability.Through the social work case intervention method,the graduates’ own characteristics,needs and advantages are intervened to help the client to get rid of the goal of employment anxiety,provide guidance for his future employability,and achieve the goal of “helping others to help themselves”.According to the analysis,employment anxiety is mainly reflected in the physical and psychological levels.The main reasons for this are from the individual,family and society.This study explores and proposes effective ways and means for graduates to get rid of employment anxiety through casework and group work.This article consists of four parts: introduction,H City graduate employment anxiety survey and analysis,H city employment anxiety social work intervention,summary and reflection.The introduction includes the research background,research significance,research summary,concept definition,theoretical basis,research methods and research ideas.The first chapter includes the questionnaires and interviews of some graduates of the three universities in H City to understand the employment anxiety of college graduates in H city,and analyze the causes of graduate employment anxiety.The main contents of the second chapter and the third chapter include the status quo of employment anxiety,group intervention activities and case intervention.The fourth chapter summarizes and reviews the social work intervention activities,and puts forward some suggestions and suggestions for the problems existing in the intervention process. |
