Reading is the main way for people to obtain information and communicate with the outside world.It is the goal of many Chinese teachers to promote the reading ability of elementary school students through reading teaching and to develop the language literacy of elementary school students.The "Compulsory Education Language Curriculum Standard(2011 Edition)" requires primary school students to develop good reading habits,pay attention to personal reading experiences,accumulate excellent poetry,etc.,and require primary school students to have a total of 1 million words of extra-curricular reading.Judging from the current reading teaching model in primary schools,the traditional reading teaching is somewhat inadequate when it meets the requirements of the "Compulsory Education Language Curriculum Standard(2011 Edition)".Subject reading teaching is a more efficient learning model.Under the guidance of teachers,students use unique teaching models and methods to expand the study of many articles on the same topic and establish links between articles in their minds.To explore the law and nature of this system,to promote the self-construction of the knowledge network,and to achieve the goal of promoting the development of the language literacy of primary school students.At the same time,"thematic reading teaching" has also played a positive role in improving the teaching level of teachers and improving the efficiency of reading teaching.This paper studies the implementation of "subject reading teaching" in the third grade of hohhot GH primary school by means of interview,classroom observation and case analysis,and finds some problems in teachers,schools and students.In view of the existing problems,the author carefully analyzed the reasons,and from the above three aspects put forward practical solutions.Hope to provide some help to individual teaching and others teaching,reading teaching research to provide some reference.The author finds out that there are the following problems in the implementation of subject reading teaching in the third grade of GH elementary school.From the teacher's point of view,some teachers' understanding of subject reading teaching is not comprehensive and profound enough.The experimental ability of teachers is low in Gaoyou,and the overall teaching ability needs to be improved.As a teaching manager,the school has not been able to really play its proper functions.There is a problem that the training mechanism is not perfect enough and the evaluation subject is single,which affects the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in experiments.Students are the subject of the implementation of "subject reading teaching".It is also necessary to study the problems existing in students 'aspects for the implementation of "subject reading teaching".Due to the poor results of students 'pre-study and consolidation of knowledge,the knowledge learned in class can not be digested in time.The differences between students lead to uneven development of students' overall ability.According to the existing problems,the author carefully analyzed the reasons.Due to the difficulty of updating the teacher's education concept,the weak teaching and research ability of the team led to the teaching effect was not fully played.There is a problem that the teacher training mechanism and teacher evaluation mechanism are not scientific and sound enough.Due to the limitations of students 'own characteristics,the frequency and quality of home school exchanges and interactions are not high,which also affect the effectiveness of the implementation of "subject reading teaching".According to the problems existing in the subject reading teaching in the third grade of GH-elementary school,the author refers to the relevant literature and puts forward some improvement strategies based on the individual teaching practice.Firstly,we hope teachers can improve themselves through various means and update their teaching concepts in time with the pace of educational reform.Secondly,by optimizing the collective teaching and research methods,improving the ability of individual and team teaching and research,improving the overall teaching and research level of the preparatory group.The school can improve the evaluation mechanism from multiple perspectives to help teachers grow professionally.In order to arouse the enthusiasm of teachers,the school should think more thoroughly and rationally in the construction of evaluation mechanism.How to help students to prepare for high efficiency,teachers can break down learning difficulties and push them forward.Schools should work closely with families to develop students 'good reading habits and all-round development.
