SY University Modern Distance Education Learning Support Services Enhance Research

Distance education has made a great progress today when learning support service system has gradually experienced a diverse developing tendency.From the early growth of scale to the present quality-oriented development,there is an increasing number of scholars begin to pay close attention to the development of distance learning support services,which showing the importance of learning support services.The distance educational workers have to think seriously about the following issues: How to provide the adult learners with appropriate learning support services on the balance of scale merit and social responsibility? What are the issues that need attention in service and how to construct the service system ?This paper mainly discusses the problems and challenges we encountered in the construction of distance education learning support services system,and then through a series of reform and innovation solves these problems and challenges,contributing to the development mode of distance education learning support services.This paper is devided into five parts.The first part is an introduction,which mainly expounds the background and meaning of the research,the present situation of the research at home and abroad,and clarifying the content and methods of the research.The second part focuses on the concepts and theories,and provides the theoretical basis for the following research.The third part is the status quo of modern distance education learning support services in China University of Petroleum,mainly through the methods of questionnaire and depth interview,analyzing of the advantages and disadvantages of modern distance education,and the reason for the existence of the problem.The fourth part,aiming at the problems existing in the previous chapter,from the service consciousness,service team,students' quality,proficiency on the platform,the practicability of learning resources,technical support,emotional care,etc.,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality of learning support services.The fifth part,summarizing this paper,look ahead into the future development of the modern distance education and its learning support service.
