| Learning Support Service System is an important factor in distance education. It is a guarantee for students to finish their study smoothly under the space-time separate situation with teachers. While our country is making great progress in education information, the modern distance education environment brings different atmosphere for learners. Constructing the Learning Support Service System under the modern distance education environment is an important subject to improve the teaching quality of the distance education. In this thesis, the author considers the system design plan from the angles of teaching principles and teaching & studying theories through the investigation of current situation , he tries to construct the framework of Learning Support Service System in local TV Universities by generalized analyzing the best combination and co-operation of various essential factors and various links. It is composed of three parts as followings.Part one elaborates briefly the backgrounds, the status quo of research, purpose, significant ,and methods of the study.Part two discusses relevant summaries about Learning Support Service System, and analyses the connotation and functions between Learning Support Service System and Learning Support Service System based on the modern distance education.Part three illustrates how the investigation and research has been made in Tonglu TV University of Zhejiang , and analyses four essential factors, that is ,hardware facilities , software resources, persons and environment ,and the relations of them .Part four explores the construction of Learning Support Service System in local TV Universities based on the investigation. Firstly theauthor introduces the theories and principles of the construction. Then discusses the strategies of the construction from the angles of learners' necessities.In conclusion, the whole study follows such steps: first conducts investigation and research in practice, and then constructs theoretical framework, and at last summarizes the research fruits and defect of study. |
