China University of Petroleum(East China)science experiment class established to create a number of innovative talents which will be provided with solid scientific foundation,perfect comprehensive quality,outstanding innovation ability,great potential for development.Improving the subjective well-being of the students in the science experimental class is of great significance to train the qualified personnel.In order to research to the status of science experimental class students’ subjective well-being of China University of Petroleum(East China),this research selected the science experiment class students of grade one(100)and grade two(100)as the experimental group,and selected the science college students of grade one(50)and grade two(50),engineering students of grade one(50)and grade two(50)as the control group.It used "General well-being scale" revised by Duan Jianhua and "Subjective well-being questionnaire" made by Dinner to conduct the investigation.The study found that the students in the science experimental class average score of SWB is 77.42 points,the results compared with the national norm score(male 75,female 71)in the middle level.In the subjective well-being questionnaire,the average score of life satisfaction of students in science experiment class was 3.82,which was higher than the average score of 3.50.The results show that the students of science experiment class have a good cognitive evaluation of the quality of life.The average score of positive emotions of students in science experiment class is 4.26,and the negative emotion is about 2.62 points,which shows that the students of science experiment class have more positive emotion experience and less negative emotion in study and life.Differences in science experiment class and common class of science and engineering,science experiment class students have lower points on the dimensions of subjective well-being scores,"energy","the life satisfaction and interest","depression or happy mood","the emotion and behavior control" and "relaxation and tension" than those of normal students,and the score in the " satisfaction and interest of life " and " relaxation and tension " showed significant differences.Science experiment class students have lower points in the dimension of "life satisfaction" and "positive emotions" than those in ordinary class scored significantly higher than ordinary students,that the science experiment class students’ subjective well-being level is lower than the general class of science and engineering students,they have to be strengthened in life satisfaction and positive emotional.In addition,the study also found that there is a significant difference in gender and class leader,and no significant difference between grades,source place and the only child on the science experiment class students’ subjective well-being scores and scores of each dimension.Among them,gender has the greatest influence on the subjective well-being of students in science experiment class.There are some ways to cultivate and improve the subjective well-being of the students in the science experimental class,included establishing a correct outlook on life and the scientific concept of happiness;clearing the reasonable goals and choosing appropriate expectations;grasping the method of emotion management and reasonable regulation of negative emotions;stimulating positive emotional experience to improve life satisfaction;using of social comparison correctly to construct to harmonious interpersonal relationships.
