The Construction And Application Of Performance Evaluation Index System For College Basketball Teams In Shanghai

Nowadays sports are becoming more and more active,and the Chinese government and the public also pay more and more attention to competitive sports in colleges and universities.Presently increased the research of competitive sports in colleges and universities,combining previous research results and the actual development situation,to the performance evaluation method as a tool,the Shanghai basketball high level sports teams in colleges and universities the development performance of the evaluation,analysis,hoping in this way for basketball evaluation and management of high level sports teams in colleges and universities to provide effective basis.This study performance of the basketball high level sports teams in Shanghai as the research object,with domestic high level sports teams as a theoretical basis for performance evaluation of research results,the integrated use of the balanced scorecard method,literature review method,analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and other research methods,under the comprehensive analysis of qualitative quantitative,build a set of complete and practical performance evaluation system of the Shanghai basketball high level sports teams in colleges and universities.In order to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of the system,A high-level college basketball team was taken as the object and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used for verification and analysis.The research results of this paper are as follows:(1)In the past,the evaluation of the performance of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities mainly focused on the performance of sports teams,but ignored the evaluation of sports teams in daily training,talent training and other aspects.In order to comprehensively evaluate the team performance of high-level college basketball in Shanghai,this study selects indicators from four dimensions of the balanced scorecard,which has a good comprehensiveness.(2)this study takes the balanced scorecard as the theoretical core,constructs aset of performance evaluation system of Shanghai college basketball high-level sports teams,and USES the analytic hierarchy process to assign values.The evaluation system consists of four level-1 indicators: conditional guarantee(0.2046),school(0.3383),sports team management(0.2879)and learning and growth(0.1692).Training facilities,school reputation,organization and leadership,athlete management,coach learning and growth and other 9 secondary indicators;There are28 three-level indicators including training equipment,fund input,competition results and employment situation.(3)with A basketball high level sports teams in colleges and universities as the object,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,based on the building of the Shanghai basketball performance evaluation system for the high level sports teams in colleges and universities,the development of the team’s performance and management status analysis and evaluation,it is concluded that A performance comprehensive score of the basketball sports teams in 79.1818,between excellent and good.The results show that the performance evaluation system of college basketball teams in Shanghai is scientific and applicable.
