With the rapid development of mobile Internet,knowledge sharing activities of diversity,interaction and instantaneity emerge as the times require.Although teachers' knowledge sharing can promote teachers' knowledge innovation and professional growth,many factors hinder teachers' knowledge sharing activities.Therefore,in the mobile Internet environment,in order to improve the efficiency of teachers' knowledge sharing,it is necessary to explore the influencing factors and their roles in the process of teachers' knowledge sharing.Domestic and foreign research on teacher knowledge sharing mainly focuses on University teachers,but the research on knowledge sharing and its influencing factors of secondary vocational teachers is relatively scarce.Therefore,this paper takes secondary vocational teachers as the research object.Firstly,it combs the relevant literature at home and abroad about knowledge sharing,teachers' knowledge sharing,secondary vocational teachers' knowledge sharing and theoretical basis.Secondly,from the perspective of knowledge ecology,this paper analyses the process and influencing factors of secondary vocational teachers' knowledge sharing under the mobile Internet environment,constructs the influencing factors model of secondary vocational teachers' knowledge sharing under the mobile Internet environment,and then through questionnaire survey and structural equation modeling discusses the influencing factors of knowledge sharing of secondary vocational teachers,and the degree of interaction between various factors,factors and knowledge sharing of secondary vocational teachers,we get the final revised influencing factor model of the knowledge sharing of secondary vocational teachers in the mobile Internet environment.The conclusions are as follows: knowledge usefulness,organizational motivation and trust have a direct positive impact on teachers' willingness to share knowledge.Trust,subject self-efficacy,technical effectiveness and knowledge sharing willingness have a direct positive impact on knowledge sharing behavior.Knowledge usefulness has no direct impact on knowledge sharing behavior,but it has a positive effect on knowledge sharing behavior through knowledge sharing willingness.Teachers' categories play a moderating role in the relationship between trust and knowledge sharing willingness,and knowledge sharing willingness plays a mediating role in the relationship between knowledge usefulness,organizational motivation and trust on knowledge sharing behavior.Finally,according to the conclusions of empirical research,we put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for secondary vocational school teachers' knowledge sharing.From the perspective of knowledge ecology theory,this research not only expands the application field of knowledge ecology theory,but also provides a new research perspective for secondary vocational teachers' knowledge sharing.At the application level,it puts forward corresponding strategies for secondary vocational teachers' knowledge sharing through empirical analysis.It is of great significance to promote the knowledge innovation and professional growth of secondary vocational teachers.
