Research On The Improvement Of University Students’ Entrepreneurship Service System In Dalian

At present,higher education has gradually developed into popular education,especially for college students,the employment situation has changed greatly and the situation is becoming more and more serious.Facing the new situation at present,college students’ self-employment development has become an important way to solve the employment problem.Many college students’ new ventures are either ephemeral,buried in many enterprises,or barely supported,and lack the motivation to support their continued development.Because the construction of domestic university students’ entrepreneurship service system started late and developed relatively backward,although some achievements have been made,there are still many deficiencies,such as the government’s preferential policies and services for university students’ entrepreneurship are not in place,the public opinion of entrepreneurship,the university entrepreneurship education system and social support system are not sound,and the atmosphere is weak.In the big environment of Dalian,facing the field of entrepreneurship education for college students,the harmonious environment of entrepreneurship education among government agencies,institutions of higher learning and society has not yet been established.This article hopes to analyze the actual situation of Dalian’s support and implementation of university students’ entrepreneurship policy in recent years,investigate the current situation and existing problems of university students’ entrepreneurship education in Dalian,and improve the university students’ entrepreneurship service system from the following three aspects: the government,universities and social organizations.The key is to build a university students’ entrepreneurship-oriented mechanism so as to promote the common linkage mechanism between universities,governments,enterprises and other entities and base university students’ entrepreneurship education on the society.Reduce the risk of college students starting a business,improve the survival rate of starting a business,solve the problem of college students starting a business and employment,and promote the rapid economic development of Dalian.
