Research On Entrepreneurship Service System Optimization Of The Vocational College Students

Because the employment situation is more and more serious,the competition for jobs goes more and more fierce.So,college students’ entrepreneurship becomes a good way to solve the employment problem.In 2005,then-President Hu Jintao put forward the objective of building an innovative country inn the Fifth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee.Especially since Premier Li Keqiang proposed ’Mass entrepreneurship and innovation ’,college students’ entrepreneurship has become one of the hottest topics of our society.The college students’ entrepreneurship service system which provides entrepreneurship service helps college students’ entrepreneurship activities.The aim of it is to foster the spirit of innovation and improve entrepreneurial ability of the college students.All of this can let the rate of entrepreneurship rate and entrepreneurial success goes well.The imperfect system is an important reason for the low rate of entrepreneurship of college students in China.As a vocational college,the shortage of teachers and starting rather late affect the entrepreneurship rate of college students.This thesis elaborates on college students’ entrepreneurship service system,which contains four aspects,i.e.entrepreneurship educational training,entrepreneurship fund guarantee,entrepreneurship training,entrepreneurship service evaluation system.Through the investigation and analysis of the requirements and present situation of the Guangzhou Sontan Polytechnic l College students,we know that the shortage of entrepreneurship service system of this college.It also presents suggestions on the existing issues by using new public service theory.According to the characteristics of vocational college,the author put forward specific suggestions to build a personalized entrepreneurship service system of Guangzhou Sontan Polytechnic College,and hopes it can have reference value for the colleges of the same type.
